Paicines Ranch

With its panoramic views, sweeping lawns, and historic buildings, the Paicines ranch is the perfect location for your wedding.

We can provide the ultimate in flexibility and privacy. We can easily accommodate groups ranging from 50-250 guests. Our newly-renovated barn can seat up to 250 guests for dinner. All wedding rentals include use of the Grogan Lawn. This very spacious, park-like setting is bordered by a Mediterranean garden and surrounded by stunning views that go on forever. Your guests will appreciate the ample, nearby parking. Tables and chairs are included, and will be set up according to your request. Our unique indoor facilities offer up more options. Consider reserving the Grogan House for your rehearsal dinner or just to spend some special time with family and friends. Our other lodging facilities are ideal for your out-of-town guests, who can then enjoy each other and the beautiful setting for the entire weekend. We only hold one wedding at a time, ensuring an exclusive, intimate getaway for you and your guests.

We only hold one event at a time.We have an extensive selection of areas for events of all shapes and sizes. With our Grogan Lawn, Terrace and Guest Lawn, we have the perfect space for any party. We’ve held weddings for groups as small as 2 and as large as 350. Endless Photo Opportunities. Awesome Prep Areas With all the wedding venue accessible via short walks, wedding days are a breeze for everyone getting ready to relax, take in the views, and enjoy their day. Renovated Event Barn, For your reception, you can dance the night away in the newly renovated barn. This romantic space can hold up to 250 guests for a sit-down dinner, and boasts exposed wood beams, twinkle lights, elegant draping and a gorgeous chandelier.

    I got married here recently and it was beautiful! It is very convenient having rooms on site to accomodate so many guests. You have to cater through the venue but their food is amazing. They use their own grass fed meats and were great about what food and drinks we wanted. While the venue does come with a few things like tables and chairs, you do have to pay to rent other items from them and a lot of the decoration will be DIY, but this can be a good thing if you want to personalize a lot of things! Owners are not too strict about things and are flexible. This can go both ways though - sometimes the planning was a bit difficult due to lack of communication with the venue. It would take a while to get answers, or they would forget some things I told them. Definitely recommend getting a day of planner to help since this is a large venue with lots of DIY and family around usually. Other than that though, everything turned out beautiful and guests were very happy with the views and rooms. They are reasonably priced and we were able to stay up late too! Perfect day :)

    Getting married at Paicines Ranch was an absolutely magical experience. From the stunning ranch landscape featuring historical buildings, silos, and rolling oak-studded hills that painted that landscapes to the charismatic, delightful, and incredibly helpful events crew (Mary is a gem), this venue has it all! To top it off, it's a working ranch tackling regenerative agriculture and they aligned with my values and eco wedding. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding and exceptional venue that went above and beyond to make my wedding unforgettable.
