Description

Overnight weekend wedding packages vary depending on the time of the year. Overnight fees range $200-330 dult and $265 child, depending on number of nights. Rehearsal and reception meals are billed separately.

    Stunning Venue!!!

    We hosted our daughter's quinceanera at Camp Campbell in 2024 and it was absolutely unforgettable! The venue is stunning, surrounded by beutiful redwood trees that made every photo look magical. My daughter wanted to have a fairytale quinceanera and that's exactly what she got! Camp Campbell offered plenty of outdoor and indoor space for our guest to enjoy themselves comfortably. The food was incredible, great quality, flavorful and beautifully presented. Our guests really enjoyed the food! The staff team went above and beyond to make sure everything run smoothly. They were very accomodating, kind and attentive, and genuinely invested in making the day special. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you are planning a special event, especially something as meaningful as a quinceanera, we highly recommend Camp Campbell. It's a truly magical place wiht an amazing team!

    Amazing Venue with Amazing Team

    There’s truly no reason not to rave about YMCA Camp Campbell as a wedding venue! We spent a long time searching for the right place. We knew we didn’t want a typical ballroom and the moment we visited Camp Campbell, it was love at first sight. Surrounded by towering redwoods and full of charm, it felt like a dream. Every guest asked us how we found such a fun and unique venue. Adults and kids alike had a blast! The included activities like axe throwing and archery were a huge hit, and the food was absolutely delicious. We’re especially grateful for Amber, our venue coordinator. She was organized, responsive, and so easy to work with. She stayed in close communication throughout the entire process, worked seamlessly with all our vendors, and helped bring our dream day to life. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or a better team. We’re so glad we chose Camp Campbell. It will always hold a special place in our hearts.

    Best Venue Ever!

    We LOVED every single minute of our wedding at Camp Campbell. The space was gorgeous and perfect for our Camp Wedding. The staff could not have been more helpful and caring. If you are looking for a Camp wedding this place is true Magic. You have to be willing to plan, take initiative and DIY leading up the day of but it will be worth it. Our wedding was a bit out of the box with a Variety show as our rehearsal dinner. We used Camp Campbells beautiful stage and campfire area as the venue for the show. The camp staff made the fire for us and supplied s'more making materials, they even helped set up AV equipment we used for the show. On Saturday we had an earlier ceremony at 1pm so we as the couple could participate in the fun. We did everything from Axe throwing, archery and even some arts and crafts all organized by the Camp Campbell staff. The staff was so helpful throughout Saturday making the day stress free and perfect. On Sunday we had a soccer game on the back lawn followed by brunch in the lodge. It was a weekend to remember for us and our Guests. All of our guests who stayed in the cabins commented on how much they enjoyed the overall experience from the cabins, the food to the atmosphere. If you are looking to have fun all weekend long have a wedding at YMCA Camp Campbell!

Tables, chairs, flatware, and silverware. We are currently working with couples individually to set up access to see camp before your wedding (virtual tours, off hour tours etc.). Once your wedding is booked we are happy to set up a longer tour/visit.
Camp Campbell does not possess a liquor license and does not vend alcoholic beverages. You may provide alcoholic beverages to your guests if your group or event insurance includes an alcoholic beverage clause. You may provide beer and wine only. NO HARD LIQUOR Camp Campbell will issue fines to the contract holder if hard liquor is found in your group’s possession. Camp Campbell recommends hiring a bartending service to help with all transportation, setup, and service of alcohol. Our only smoking zone is the parking lot. There will be a fine of $100 per instance if guests are smoking outside of the designated smoking zone.
No, as required by our Health Department license, we must provide all food service, though you may bring pre-packaged snacks for your group. There is a refrigerator and microwave available guests to store personal items.
Basic food service is included for overnight guests in your overnight rates. Upgraded and custom menus may be available upon request for an additional cost. We offer buffet service only. Food is served in pre-designated areas ONLY. We will not transport food away from our main kitchen spare or our designated service areas as it violates health codes. Dietary restrictions and allergen-free food service can often be provided by camp. Communicate your needs to our Even Manager via phone or email.
Drinking water dispensers are available 24 hours a day in the dining hall and all of the sinks at Camp Campbell are safe drinking water sources. Please encourage your group to bring reusable water bottles for use during non-meal times. Milk is always available during meals. If your group would like any beverages beyond milk, water or juice at breakfast, please plan on providing that.
Yes, your party is free to decorate, but set up or decorating time must be built into your contract No nails, staples, painting, or gluing is allowed for decorative purposes. All decorations must be approved in advance by YMCA Camp Campbell. Candles are allowed, but must be enclosed. The YMCA does not provide decoration materials other than ladders for you to hang decor.
Yes, and we encourage you to do so in our designated campfire areas. Firewood and s'mores are provided. (An additional charge may apply, depending on your wedding package.)
Yes, you may bring your own audio/visual equipment, we can also support your basic audio/visual needs.

No. In order for camp staff to clean and get ready for the upcoming week, everyone needs moved out of cabins by 10:00 am and offsite by 12:00 p.m. on check-out day. Contract holders will be charged an additional $100 per half hour after 12:00 p.m. If all guests have not vacated the camp.
Yes, you must name YMCA Camp Campbell as an additional insured for a minimum of $1,000,000. You may obtain the event insurance through a homeowner’s policy or from wedsafe.com. If you plan to serve beer and wine during the event, the insurance must include an alcoholic beverage clause.
You will be responsible for 25% of your minimum booking in order to reserve your date on our calendar. The remaining balance is due 30 days after your event. All deposits are non-refundable, and in the event of a cancellation, we retain all deposits. You will be financially liable for the cost of the minimum booking if we do not re-book your reserved date.
With the exception of certified service/guide dogs, no animals are allowed. Documentation/certification must be available upon request.
A Santa Cruz municipal ordinance specifically states that quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am, 7 days a week. During these hours, we do not allow amplified sound outside of camp buildings this includes sound systems, musical instruments, yelling, screaming or singing loudly. Indoor amplification is okay, as long as it does not continue after 12am and the volume is not excessive. This is at the discretion of Camp Campbell Management. Guests are liable for any/all fines or complaints filed while on site. At 12am all music and noise must stop completely.
No. Camp Campbell is not a KOA or public camping ground. We are a private camp facility. YMCA Camp Campbell has eight Tent Cabins that are available to rent from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please talk to the Wedding/Event Manager for more details on renting the Tent Cabins.
There may be some overlap during arrival and departure times but weddings of a minimum of 100 guests have site exclusivity.

Yes. We do not vend alcohol, but you may bring in alcohol/bartender from an outside vendor. We allow beer, wine, and champagne ONLY.
Yes. Wem have capacity for aproximately 80 cars. Camp Campbell staff will assist with parking.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
