Following a comprehensive renovation completed in 2024, the property has transitioned from its former identity (Monterey Tides) into a design-forward, upscale "beachy-chic" retreat.

Following the 2024 renovation, it features a clean, "coastal modern" aesthetic that moves away from traditional dark ballroom vibes in favor of light, airy finishes and expansive glass. 320 guests (typically reduced to 250–300 with a dance floor).
