Kailey was absolutely incredible as our day-of wedding coordinator. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was so helpful and proactive—handling communication with all of our vendors so I didn’t have to. She made sure every detail was confirmed and that everyone was aligned with the timeline, which took so much stress off my plate. About two months before the wedding, we ran into a last-minute photography crisis, and Kailey truly saved the day. She reached out to a company she trusted, and they were able to work within our budget despite the short notice. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. On the wedding day itself, there was also a complication with the venue, and Kailey handled it completely behind the scenes. She made sure everything was taken care of without involving me, allowing me to stay present and actually enjoy my day. I didn’t even know anything had gone wrong until after—it meant so much to me that she took control like that. My wife, Summer, was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in 2024. This year, I decided to apply to Wish Upon a Wedding in hopes of giving Summer the day she always hoped for. Wish Upon a Wedding is a nonprofit organization that gifts weddings and vow renewals to couples facing terminal or life-changing illnesses. When they came into our lives, Summer and I were in a season where joy felt complicated and hope looked very different than we imagined. Through Wish Upon a Wedding, we were paired with our wedding planner, Married by Mariella. Mariella donated her time, talent, and heart completely free of charge. What’s important to say is that Mariella didn’t just coordinate our vow renewal. She planned it from the ground up, picking every single vendor and executing the day completely. She took Summer’s vision and brought it to life with care, intention, and deep respect for what this moment meant to us. Every detail reflected the image Summer and I had hoped for, and Mariella carried that responsibility with such grace. She led with compassion and patience, making the process feel calm and supported rather than overwhelming. There was never pressure, never rushing, and never an expectation for us to pretend things were easy. Because of Wish Upon a Wedding and Mariella’s selfless generosity, Summer and I were able to stand together, renew our vows, and experience joy without guilt in the middle of a very heavy season. I found Clabo Event Services on Zola at the beginning of 2025. My wedding was 10/11/25 and Sarah was an absolute joy to work with! I hired her as a day-of coordinator and she went above and beyond. She was available for questions at any point from the time I booked with her, to the wedding day, to even after the wedding. I had multiple calls and meetings with Sarah in the months leading up to the wedding to make sure our day looked perfect. On my wedding day, Sarah and her husband were there literally all day setting everything up the way that I had envisioned. There were a couple small hiccups with vendors that I didn't even hear about! They handled anything and everything without having to bring me into it which I appreciated so much! My wedding day was everything I could have ever dreamed of and I owe so much of that to Sarah and Josh. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family in the future!

Planning from Ohio while hosting our celebration in Miami could have been overwhelming, but they stepped in with such calm confidence that the entire process felt easy. They took over communication with our vendor team, reviewed contracts to ensure we met every requirement, and were always our eyes and ears on the ground when we couldn’t be there in person. One of the biggest gifts was their incredible rental collection — being able to source all of our décor directly through them made planning from afar so much simpler, and everything they set up on the day was absolutely gorgeous. They handled every detail with so much care: setting up all the décor so our families didn’t have to do a thing, picking up our desserts and bridal‑party lunch, and keeping the entire day running smoothly from start to finish. They also went above and beyond in ways that truly showed their heart. When one of our guests’ shoes broke, Hailey quietly fixed it so they could get back to enjoying the night. And when it came time to bustle my dress, she was endlessly patient while gently instructing my very enthusiastic (and very tipsy) bustle crew — turning what could have been chaos into a moment we still laugh about. At the end of the night, they even handed us a “go bag” of food, which was the sweetest, most thoughtful touch after a whirlwind day. We absolutely loved working with Hailey and her team and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They made our day beautiful, seamless, and full of joy.

Wow. We truly can't recommend Demi, Delaney, Alyssa and the Wilder Mind team enough. They were absolutely amazing and truly contributed to the smoothness and ease of our wedding day. My husband and I typically consider ourselves to be a bit of control freaks, but working with Demi and Delaney we were able put our complete faith in them, let our guard down, and know that their team had it all covered. We used Wilder Mind's Day of wedding coordination services and they were on point from day one of working together pre wedding. The team was so experienced and proactive in the planning calls, thorough details, and overall organization. Having Wilder Mind cover all the minute details for the wedding and thinking of things we never would have thought to consider like ceremony seating, timeline details, and overall wedding etiquette was a huge comfort for us amidst the stress of wedding planning. We had our full trust in Demi that she would handle it, and handle it she did. Demi and Alyssa were thoughtful enough to even record 70 videos and photos for us throughout the night and shared them with us before they left, it was so nice to get to relive the beauty of such a special night after it had just flown by! Having the Wilder Mind team behind us took so much stress off our plates and the cherry on top was that they made us feel like celebrities throughout the night! Her vendors are incredible: from the photographer to the DJ to her in-house florist... her people all came together to make the wedding day incredibly special. Michelle responded to our questions quickly and always had solutions ready to go. What really stood out was her eye for detail in every aspect of the day—the flowers were absolutely stunning and exactly what we envisioned (the bride's bouquet was perfect). Furthermore, she was sensitive to our budget and worked with us to keep within our parameters. This impressed me. Michelle's team clearly cared about making our daughter's wedding special, and it showed in their work. Hiring Natalie as our month-of coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My only regret is not bringing her on for partial planning, because she was that incredible. I was extremely stressed throughout the planning process, but once we hit that one-month mark, Natalie completely transformed the experience. She consistently checked in when I fell behind on responses, took the lead in every vendor meeting, and offered thoughtful suggestions for our timeline and all the little details that truly matter. She is so sweet, friendly, and unbelievably on top of everything. I think she could sense how stressed I was about timing, and she constantly reassured me throughout the day that we were right on schedule, which I appreciated more than she knows. She followed every direction perfectly when setting up our décor and made sure the entire day ran SO smoothly. At the end of the night all our things were packed, organized and ready to be loaded in the car by my family. Natalie was the best addition to our day, and I am endlessly grateful we found her. 1000/10. Do yourself a favor and hire her! You will not regret it.

My now husband and I LOVED working with Amalia and her wife, Jenna, to bring our wedding night dinner to life. My husband and I chose a courthouse wedding ceremony - just us - but knew we wanted to invite close friends and family to an intimate dinner that evening to celebrate. I wasn't sure where to begin - I contacted Amalia and sent her photos from Pinterest as my inspiration. Amalia truly blew us away from day 1 - she created custom dinner invites for us based on my inspiration photos. She sent over multiple proofs of her one-of-a-kind digital designs until it was perfectly done. I never had to reach out to her - Amalia was on top of my deadlines and full of ideas for my dream night! Her communication is excellent. My husband and I picked a venue in Scotch Plains, NJ to host our dinner. The restaurant offered private, charming rooms for special events. Amalia contacted the venue and worked out all the fine details of setup - I truly did not have to lift a finger! I shared my ideas & inspirations with Amalia for how I imagined the dinner to look. I knew I wanted to keep the wildflower color scheme of my bouquet in the details. However, I let her know I was very open to letting her take the lead in designing the setup. I am not a type-A person or planner, so I was grateful she stepped up and let her creativity flow. As seen in attached photos, Amalia designed our dream wedding night dinner! My husband and I arrived before our guests and were blown away with the ambiance and warmth of the room. Amalia designed custom welcome notes, name cards and signage for us that matched our initial invites. She embedded special details such as mini figurines of our beloved lab and pug, and printed framed a photo I sent earlier in the day of my courthouse ceremony! She and her wife, Jenna, handmade flower bouquets for the table and lit beautiful hand-painted candles in the center. She even designed thank you cards/ keepsake magnets on plantable paper for our guests. Amalia is a dream to work with - her passion for weddings & design is so evident! She is compassionate and professional- I had a truly seamless experience with her. I am forever grateful to Amalia for planning my wedding night dinner - an evening my husband and I will cherish forever. We are considering a vow renewal or more traditional wedding in a few years, and without hesitation look forward to hiring Amalia again!

From the moment we had our consultation with Lo, I knew she was the wedding planner for us. She was quick to respond, polite, and provided very detailed information that made me feel 100% confident in their ability to manage our special day. Even with a hurricane headed straight towards her home she was quick to reassure me that it wouldn’t effect my wedding day. Her work was fantastic - her and her team were thorough and efficient in every aspect. When our caterer was running late, the Faithful Grounds team quickly stepped in to ensure we had plenty of food for our cocktail hour. They were in constant communication with us, checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to their hard work and attention to detail, our wedding day was perfect from start to finish. Even our guests mentioned how attentive they were to my husband and I. If I had to do it all over again I would hire her sooner. My advice to anyone looking for a planner is to hire Lo. Her, Hunter, and the rest of her team were a dream to work with.

Bold & Belle provided us with excellent communication throughout the entire wedding planning process. They were always available, honest, and made the entire experience seamless. The quality of their work and value was perfect - they offered the best options, created a truly luxurious and beautiful aesthetic, all at a great price. Alex was amazing and Ariel and Jackie were excellent at communicating every detail. They handled all of our vendors, kept us updated, and made sure everything was in order. The decor they provided was stunning, and I highly recommend any bride to add it on to make decorating easy. They were the only company that offered to assist with set up and take down, which was an enormous help on our wedding day. I cannot recommend Bold & Belle Designs and Events enough - they truly made our special day perfect.

Lynn and Monique were absolutely incredible and truly made our wedding day feel effortless. They are not only extremely professional and detail-oriented, but also so sweet and a joy to be around. They really helped me feel at ease during all the craziness of the day. They set up all of our decor so beautifully and made sure every detail looked perfect, exactly how I envisioned it. Lynn created a detailed timeline that kept everything running smoothly and helped me feel so much more organized and calm leading up to the big day. During the reception, I had a specific request about the lighting and they immediately reached out to the tent vendor and handled it so quickly without me having to worry about a thing. They were also so supportive throughout the day, even helping my mom bustle my dress, which meant so much. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team and would recommend them to anyone!
