They brought their expertise and guidance exactly when we needed it, while still giving us plenty of room for creative input. The whole collaboration felt natural and seamless. They made us feel totally safe asking all of our questions and took care of everything, working with our venue effortlessly. The performers on the day were phenomenal, and our guests are still talking about it! Their talent was incredible, and they were kind, fun, and professional to work with. Our ceremony guitarist learned our entrance songs and performed them beautifully. Our special dances were played from mp3 and were timed perfectly. Even though we honestly didn't give them much direction for timing, they just nailed it! And then the party! Our family and friends love to dance, and the band kept the energy high all night long. They even learned a couple of extra songs for us that sounded amazing. Their talent is honestly unreal. They definitely were supposed to take more breaks than they did, but they just kept playing, and even gave us an encore. After the wedding, we got to chat with some of the band members, and they were all so kind and genuinely cool people. The entertainment really shapes the overall atmosphere of a wedding, and because of Cover Story, our wedding day was perfect. We'd recommend Cover Story for any event, hands down!”

“Overall, we had a good experience with our DJ. He arrived on time, was professional throughout the evening, and kept our guests on the dance floor for most of the night. The music flowed well, and everyone seemed to have a great time. That said, I did spend a lot of time carefully selecting songs that were meaningful to us, and I was a little disappointed that many of those selections weren't played. Some of our requested songs were included, but I had hoped more of our playlist would be incorporated into the evening. The only other issue was that, just before our grand exit, he approached us to mention that he hadn't received enough food. We had paid for a vendor meal for him, so I wasn't sure what had happened, and it didn't feel like the best time to bring it up while we were in the middle of such a special moment. Despite those concerns, he was friendly, punctual, and our guests clearly enjoyed themselves. If having a lively dance floor is your top priority, he does a good job creating a fun atmosphere.”

Eddie was easy to communicate with, and was there for us through the whole experience from beginning to end. The second it was dance time, they got the crowd up and out onto the dance floor in a heartbeat, and most didn’t leave the dance floor until the night was over. We got married at a camp in the Catskills with the ceremony out in the woods, which meant some tricky logistics: separate sound for the ceremony in the trees, load-in with the venue staff, a timeline that kept shifting on him. Ore handled all of it and we never had to think about any of it. The music was unreal, and he kept the dance floor packed the entire night. Our guests basically refused to leave it, and we honestly lost count of how many people came up to us throughout the night to say how good the music and the DJ were. The thing I'll always remember, though, is how he made space for my Tío to play. My Tío sang and played guitar, and Ore made sure he had everything he needed to do it right. “DJ Steff was fantastic — we got compliments from guests of all ages all night. He was responsive, organized, and flexible; when we decided last-minute to skip the shoe game due to golden hour timing, he adapted without any fuss. The ability to submit must-play, play-if-possible, play-if-requested, and do-not-play lists separately was a great touch, along with the complimentary dance floor lighting and photo booth. Our guests raved about what a great DJ he was too. One of them even said “I want to get married again just so I can hire your DJ”. Highly recommend!”

“We hired Luis Andrade of Lionizing Entertainment for our wedding, and we are SO GLAD we did! We were looking for someone who would let us have a lot of control over our music, and we got so much more. He took our requests into consideration and did a fantastic job building upon them. Luis was funny, welcoming, worked with my grandparents on getting mics connected for the videos they were taking, played excellent music, worked off of our highly curated playlists for the cocktail hour and reception, and kept the dance floor full for hours. I have never had so much fun dancing at a wedding. I highly recommend him as a DJ, I wish there was another event coming up where we could hire him again. We’ve attended quite a few weddings by this point and he outshined every other DJ we’ve seen.”

From the ceremony to cocktail hour to first dance, Jonathan enthralled our guest with an amazing voice and he is really talented on the keys. We requested 1000 years for our first dance, and his custom arrangement was really unique. We were able to practice our choreo with it because he recorded it professionally and sent it to us ahead of time. From day one, he was super professional, accommodating and asked all the right questions to understand our vision. Having live piano elevated our wedding and our guests really noticed!”
