When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. The band is INCREDIBLE and had our guests on the dance floor all night!! I realized at the end of the night I never even changed out of my heels into my white sneakers because that would have meant leaving the dance floor. “The communication with Prime 1 Productions could have been better leading up to the wedding. While they did a decent job overall with the music and entertainment, they could have done a better job reading the vibe of the room and playing more of a variety of songs that got everyone dancing. The person I booked with was not the one who actually came to our wedding, which was a bit of a surprise. However, the DJ who did come was very nice and tried his best, even though he messed up the intro to our first dance a bit. Overall, Prime 1 Productions provided a serviceable performance, but I wish they had been a bit more in tune with the energy and preferences of our guests.”

“Ralph was the best vendor I have ever worked with for a Photo Booth. He was communicative, professional and timely in his responses. I fell ill just before the event and he upped his communication to make sure I could rest easy that the event would go well. It was an outdyevent so I provided him with a pop up canopy for shade. He came prepared as the event was poolside and he managed selfies even for patrons who had been in the pool. I was given a chance to choose the background and song for the selfies and he was timely in providing the samples prior to the event. Money well spent and I would not hesitate to use his services again!”
