“We had our wedding anniversary at the Prado and it was the dream celebration I wished I'd had for our wedding! FIrst off, the options we were offered for food choices was over the top. Everyone was so accomodating helping us with things. The day of, I felt like a Queen! I never lifted a finger- the staff always made sure I had a drink in my hand, and each time I got up from my chair, I came back to a seat with fresh a fresh napkin. The wait staff is so professional- they are there but not in your face. Everything we needed or wanted was handled for us. We have an event company, so have many contacts in the industry, and we chose to have our big party at the Prado because we knew we would be taken care of. We were not let down!”

“From the moment we toured the venue to the whole wedding process, Fallbrook Estate/Wedgewood Weddings nailed it. It was the second venue we toured and immediately my husband fell in love. The area is a golf course in the morning and at night, it becomes the wedding venue of your dreams. The fountain at the front was gorgeous, the ceremony area was dreamy and the lake area turned out to be a beautiful hang out spot for cocktail hour. The reception hall was very spacious and could fit a good number of guests. My description of the venue does not bring it justice; one should really see it for themselves! Their whole team was organized and incredible all around. We were greeted by their staff of the day -Katie- with warmth and smiles. Upon booking, we received access to their planning portal and even an actual binder with check lists to ensure we were on track with the timeline. Every time we had our in-person and phone meetings, everything was made clear and laid out for us. Expectations, decor, timeline, were straightforward; even the tasks they could and could not do, the items that were and were not included in the package. It really was a matter of my husband and I’s decisions and how our vision could come to life. Lauren and Sierra were great with ensuring we made informed decisions about how we wanted our day to be. They were patient and sat with us through the whole process. I truly appreciated the organization of the whole team with the planning process. We also met our day coordinator, Stephanie, during our last meeting, and she energetically led the rehearsal the day before the wedding. For the day of the wedding, it sure went by very fast and overall, everyone including us had a wonderful time. The communication between the staff and vendors really came through as they took care of the decor and timeline part of the wedding day. Stephanie was amazing all around! She ensured the decor was as how we discussed it, helped calm the nerves, checked in on the wedding party for the ceremony and prior to the grand entrance, handed us drinks and appetizers right after the ceremony so we did not miss the cocktail foods and drinks. I loved having Stephanie as our wedding day coordinator! She informed us when her shift ended and introduced us to our banquet captain Emily. Emily also checked in on us and helped me when we had a hiccup with the music and the photobooth. She also helped take down the decor and items when our wedding ended early. I’d also like to give my thanks to the kitchen staff, servers, headchef etc. for making such delicious food! We went around the table during the wedding and our guests raved about everything, from the appetizers to the salads and the actual dinner meals. Even a week after the wedding, we still talk about how delicious the food was. Lastly- I would like to mention that there are additional costs in addition to the package. There is an additional fee for administrative services, which is understandable given the communication their staff was able to provide via call, email, and text messages. Gratuities are also not included, so it is something for couples to keep in mind. However, everything was communicated ahead of it. Overall, my husband and I were happy with how the wedding turned out. Wedgewood at Fallbrook Estate made this planning seamless and made our wedding day memorable for us and our family and friends!”

She answered every question we had and made the entire planning process feel stress-free. On the wedding day, she helped everything run so smoothly not just for me and my husband, but also for our family who were helping throughout the day. We even requested for aisle decor to be placed at the sweetheart table afterwards and the team did exactly that! The venue itself is absolutely stunning and honestly speaks for itself. We had a large guest count of around 200 people, and everyone kept raving about how beautiful it was. What we loved most was how it felt both spacious and intimate at the same time, which made the entire celebration feel so special. The food was also delicious! We chose the family-style dinner, and it was such a great decision! Everyone loved sharing the meal together, and the portions were generous. We also added the late-night taco bar and ice cream, and both were a huge hit with our guests! We brought our own alcohol, and it was such a nice touch that they provided all the glassware and ice for us. Every single thing we requested was done exactly how we envisioned, and there were truly no mishaps. Everything stayed on schedule, and the entire day flowed seamlessly. We have Mikaela and the whole Botanica team to thank for making our wedding day so unforgettable. We can’t recommend Mikaela and the team at Botanica enough!”

“We got married here on April 25, 2026 and the entire planning experience was straightforward, easy and stress free. We worked with Sammy in the initial stages, Tabitha as our coordinator and Kelly as our banquet captain and they all worked tirelessly to give us the most perfect wedding ceremony and reception. We used all their recommended vendors - Flit Flowers, Elegance on Display (dessert), Photos by LMP, DJ Maestro - and they all communicated directly with the Wedgewood team and the day was flawless. “We got married at Cape Rey Carlsbad in May 2026 and it was the best decision we made. From the very first visit in April 2025, we couldn't stop thinking about how gorgeous the venue was. Not only was it extremely spacious to host 140 guests, the Ocean view is spectacular plus it was very close to our ceremony site. Just steps away from the beach, it was a no brainer for us to take our newlywed photos there. Each part of our reception had a unique space. Our cocktail hour was hosted on the grassy patio, dinner was out on the terrace to enjoy the sunset, and dancing was inside the ballroom. We even had space to set up more fun activities and bars for our guests in the foyer between the ballroom and the terrace! There was plenty of space for our guests to roam around. Our guests are still raving about the beautiful beach setting and the food! Not only is the food portions generous in size but it is so delicious. The head chef knows what he is doing. We had quite a few of out of town guests and most stayed on property. It was convenient and everyone felt well accommodated. Having the room block there was a great choice. Our suite was comfortable and we felt welcomed! What really made the day unforgettable was the team. 4 months before the wedding, there was a change in Sales Manager. We had a good relationship with the previous Sales Manager and were nervous. Cape Rey managed the transition well and the new Sales Manager, Mikayla Leversen, hit the ground running She went above and beyond, making sure everything ran smoothly. From the planning process to the last dance, the staff was extremely professional, kind, and attentive. We loved everything about Cape Rey and can't wait to come back for our anniversaries!”

“The Vistonian was a lovely venue! We loved all of the greenery and natural light inside the venue. It was spacious and allowed for plenty of room for our guests. The bridal suite was also spacious with lots of mirrors and outlets. We used the venue for both ceremony and reception. It was an easy transition going from one to the next. We worked with Shelly, the venue coordinator, and she was fabulous! Great communication from when we toured, booked, and up to our big day. The value for what we got was amazing as well! We did their all inclusive package and were happy with the price for all that we got: tables & chairs, bridal suite, catering, open bar, and DJ. Honestly, so great if you're on a budget or have a bigger budget and want to spend more on something like decor or florals. Highly recommend!!”

“Picking a wedding venue is now easy task and I'm so grateful to have found and chosen Shadowridge. Codie & Morgan were my coordinators, and they helped me so much with the process of planning, choosing the details, timeline, and day of coordination. Codie was absolute perfection, she is so sweet and kind, she handled the day of coordination amazingly, she was there for me whenever I needed her, and she knew exactly what to do even when I had no idea! The reception hall was GORGEOUS, I loved how everything was set up, she did everything and more to help ease the stress of my wedding day! I couldn't have done this without her, Codie, I'll forever be grateful for all of your help and pure kindness. The food service was also great, we received many compliments on the cocktail hour foods and dinner service! All of the staff there were incredibly kind and nice, the bartenders, staff, chefs, bus boys, everyone was amazing. Our DJ Arnie was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, he is recommended by Codie and works frequently with Shadowridge and I'm so thankful we booked him.
