“We truly had the most amazing experience with Wedgewood Weddings at Galway Downs! Choosing an all-inclusive venue ended up being the perfect balance for us. It took so much of the stress and work out of searching for vendors on our own, while still giving us the flexibility to customize our package and make our wedding feel completely personal to us. Every planner and coordinator we worked with was incredible throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer questions, guide us through decisions, and offer valuable insight while still allowing us to bring our own vision to life. We also absolutely loved the vendors included through Wedgewood. Everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about creating exactly what we wanted. A special shoutout to the vendors we worked with through Wedgewood—our florist, bakery, photographer, and DJ—who all went above and beyond for us! Each of them took the time to understand our vision and helped bring every detail to life so beautifully. The venue was also incredibly flexible in allowing us to bring in additional outside vendors beyond the ones they provide, which made everything feel even more personalized and truly ours. Our wedding turned out even more beautiful than we imagined. We got the ease and support of an all-inclusive experience without sacrificing the ability to personalize our day, and that was exactly what we wanted. It truly felt like our dream wedding came to life, and we are so grateful to the entire Wedgewood and Galway Downs team for making it happen!”

“Let me start by saying that the Secret Garden and the Epic Coordination team made all of my wedding dreams come true! I recently got married at the Secret Garden on April 28th, 2024. It truly was the most magical day of my life not just because I was marrying my soulmate, but because of the amazing coordination team that made our vision come to life. It was the first venue that my husband and I looked at, and we immediately fell in love with it. We loved that it was a beautiful indoor and outdoor garden venue, but we also loved how they offered an all-inclusive wedding package. They have a list of recommended vendors, including DJ, caterer, florist, photography/videography, and so much more. They give you the option to choose a vendor that they don't have on their recommended list, but we did everything through them and I wouldn't have had it any other way. They really offer the best-of-the-best professionals that know exactly what they're doing. A special shoutout to our coordinator, Laura, for being so organized and making sure everything was perfect on our big day! When it came to the day of the wedding, the entire timeline flowed seamlessly. None of the guests were left waiting around or wondering what was going on because the coordination team was so on top of everything! Everyone at our wedding, including myself and my husband, had an amazing time. Another thing to mention was that the communication with the Secret Garden and their team was beyond excellent! Any question I had, they answered promptly and made sure that the planning process was seamless. I had an enjoyable experience planning our wedding thanks to the support from the Secret Garden and Epic team! To conclude, my wedding day at the Secret Garden was literally the happiest day of our lives! It couldn't have been more perfect. If you're envisioning a fairytale garden wedding like I was, choose this venue!”

“The Venue Inland Empire was a fantastic choice for our wedding of 75 guests. Their communication throughout the planning process was clear, concise and friendly, which made everything run smoothly. The space itself is cozy and the perfect size for our medium-sized celebration, though we did wish there was a dedicated bridal room. Despite that minor detail, the venue's clear signage and ability to host both our wedding ceremony and reception made it an ideal location. “Our wedding day at Marinaj was an absolute dream come true. From the moment we met with Brian, the sales manager, to discuss our vision, we knew we were in capable hands. The ceremony on the veranda was flawless, thanks to Brian’s meticulous planning and execution. Jenny, the brilliant mind behind the menu, guided us through delectable options. We opted for the chicken and waffles and salmon bites, which were a hit during our endless tray-passed hors d’oeuvres-filled cocktail hour. The bartender duo Lee & Natasha kept the drinks flowing, delighting our guests throughout the night. Daniel, the event manager, ensured our chosen lighting and timeline ran seamlessly. Walking into our beautifully decorated venue(Royal Ballroom) was a literal breath-taker, and our guests shared the same ‘wow’ reaction. The chandeliers just give the room the most elegant touch. The entire staff, elegantly dressed, served with precision. The speed at which everyone was served was impressive. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the incredible food—Parmesan crusted Caesar salad, braised short rib, and chicken Marsala left our guests raving. Marinaj made our wedding day the best of our lives. Brian, Daniel, Jenny, and the entire staff went above and beyond. Look no further for the best wedding venue in SoCal. Thank you, Marinaj, for an unforgettable day!”

Marinaj Banquets & Events offers elegant spaces that can accommodate large gatherings with multiple event areas to customize your special day. The Mediterranean climate means you'll enjoy reliable weather with 263 sunny days each year, making outdoor ceremonies possible virtually any month. April and October are particularly ideal with perfect 75°F temperatures and minimal chance of rain to disrupt your plans.

What should you budget for a Perris wedding?

Wedding costs in Perris really depend on how many guests you're inviting. A small wedding with 50 guests typically runs about $26,190 while medium-sized celebrations with 100 guests average $43,692. If you're planning for 150 guests expect to spend around $60,141 and larger weddings with 200 to 300 guests range from $74,836 to $104,224. Venue costs nationally run between $6,500 and $12,000 which is about 25% of total wedding expenses but Perris venues average $10,665; that's only about 18% of your total budget for a 150-person wedding. This means you might have more flexibility with other aspects of your celebration compared to national averages.

Which accessible venues can you find in Perris, CA?

Perris features several fully accessible wedding venues that accommodate all your guests. Serenity Lake Mathews provides a gorgeous setting with magical ambiance while ensuring everyone can participate in your celebration. Dream Lake Weddings & Events specifically confirms wheelchair accessibility throughout their outdoor facilities so you can focus on enjoying your day rather than logistics. You'll also find various estate venues across Perris that highlight handicap accessibility among their amenities from ceremony spaces to dressing rooms with both indoor and outdoor event areas designed with accessibility in mind.

How far in advance should you book your Perris venue?

Most couples secure their Perris venues about 14 months before their wedding date which translates to roughly 420 days of planning time. December sees the highest number of venue inquiries as newly engaged couples start their search. You'll want to move quickly if you're eyeing spring or fall weekend dates especially at popular spots like The Orchard by Wedgewood Weddings since these book up fastest. If you're flexible consider a weekday wedding which often means more last-minute availability plus you'll typically save 10-15% off standard rates; a nice bonus for being open to a Thursday or Friday celebration.

What wedding services should you budget for in Perris?

Planning a 150-guest wedding in Perris means allocating your budget across several key services. Florals will take about 13% of your budget at $7,821 while your venue typically runs $10,665 or 18% of total costs. Food is another significant expense with catering averaging $8,532 (14%) and bar services requiring about $6,826 (11%). Entertainment through a band or DJ averages $1,700 and your cake or desserts will typically require $818. These percentages help you prioritize what matters most for your celebration.

How can Perris venues accommodate remote participation?

While Perris offers beautiful wedding settings the nearby Riverside Convention Center stands out with advanced capabilities for including guests who can't attend in person. You'll get more than basic streaming with interactive elements like live Q&A and real-time polls that make remote guests feel truly involved. The Loft 84 Wedding and Event Venue and The Life Arts Center in Riverside also offer good flexibility for incorporating interactive remote features into your celebration. Perris venues like Rustic Gardens Oasis and Windmill Canyon provide gorgeous backdrops but you'll likely need to arrange additional technology if you want enhanced remote experiences beyond simple video streaming for your virtual guests.
