We did not use The Knott to find this venue but we had such an amazing experience we had to share. The venue itself, the first thing you see is a modern foodhall / full bar with a large variety of restaurants. If youre staying at the hotel connected, it was such a great place to hangout with your bridal parties before everything starts. Moving along to the even areas, the ceremony room gives off a modern barn yard style venue and it's such a pleasant contrast from what you initially see when first walking in which really adds to the "wow" factor when entering the room. The cocktail hour area is amazing as well and after we gifted some of our items, they will now have Cornhole and a beer cart available! The area itself is wide open with great seating areas as well. The reception is another instance where the contrast is such a difference from the food hall downstairs, it once again adds so much to that jsw drop reaction. We were approached multiple times complementing how "cool" this venue was and it was definitely a true compliment. Now the venue wouldn't be anywhere with out the staff and I can not say enough great things about them. The entire time was courteous, professional and really give they sense that they want to make sure you have your special day as one to remember. Specifically wanted to shout out our amazing coordinator - Brianna, banquet captain - Lee j and Dj - Rhy's. These three went above and beyond for us and it seemed like that was just their normal demeanor. Brianna made sure we had nothing to worry about and made every part of the planning process a breeze. Lee J was also always checking in appropriately often to ensure we were never left wanting, thirsty or hungry. Rhy's was also great to work with, we had a very specific request with music which ended up having my wife and I take part in a lightsaber fight to two different versions of starwars music - Duel of the Fates, and he handled it masterfully. All in all, 10/10 can not recommend enough.

Let me start by saying that the Secret Garden and the Epic Coordination team made all of my wedding dreams come true! I recently got married at the Secret Garden on April 28th, 2024. It truly was the most magical day of my life not just because I was marrying my soulmate, but because of the amazing coordination team that made our vision come to life. It was the first venue that my husband and I looked at, and we immediately fell in love with it. We loved that it was a beautiful indoor and outdoor garden venue, but we also loved how they offered an all-inclusive wedding package. They have a list of recommended vendors, including DJ, caterer, florist, photography/videography, and so much more. They give you the option to choose a vendor that they don't have on their recommended list, but we did everything through them and I wouldn't have had it any other way. They really offer the best-of-the-best professionals that know exactly what they're doing. A special shoutout to our coordinator, Laura, for being so organized and making sure everything was perfect on our big day! When it came to the day of the wedding, the entire timeline flowed seamlessly. None of the guests were left waiting around or wondering what was going on because the coordination team was so on top of everything! Everyone at our wedding, including myself and my husband, had an amazing time. Another thing to mention was that the communication with the Secret Garden and their team was beyond excellent! Any question I had, they answered promptly and made sure that the planning process was seamless. I had an enjoyable experience planning our wedding thanks to the support from the Secret Garden and Epic team! To conclude, my wedding day at the Secret Garden was literally the happiest day of our lives! It couldn't have been more perfect. If you're envisioning a fairytale garden wedding like I was, choose this venue!

Celebrating my 50th birthday at Headquarters by Wedgewood Weddings was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived until the very last guest departed, every detail was executed with such grace, professionalism, and genuine care. It wasn’t just a party—it was an unforgettable experience that my family and friends will be talking about for years to come. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking! The ambiance is sophisticated yet warm, creating the perfect setting for an elegant celebration. Located in the heart of downtown San Diego, it’s incredibly convenient and just steps away from everything, making it the ideal destination for both local guests and those traveling into town. Our wedding at Monserate Winery was truly the best day of our lives! From start to finish, the entire process was so seamless that it almost felt too good to be true, especially given how popular the venue is. We booked our wedding two years in advance and were originally planning to get married at Tuscan Estate before eventually moving to Monte Bella. Both venues are absolutely gorgeous, but switching to Monte Bella was the best decision for our 200 guests. I cannot thank Meilee enough for everything she did throughout the process—from our engagement photos and wedding tasting to making sure our wedding day was perfect. She was always available to answer our questions and made us feel supported every step of the way. We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue, the food, and the incredible staff. A huge thank you to Molly and Carissa for helping us book the venue, Stephanie for answering countless questions and assisting with our venue change, Meilee for coordinating all the amazing details, Tristan and Miguel for taking such great care of us during our rehearsal lunch and wine tasting, and Ansley for helping with all of our day-of needs. Every single staff member we interacted with was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely cared about making our experience special. They made us feel at ease throughout the entire planning process and on our wedding day. Monserate Winery will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and we can't wait to return and relive the memories for years to come. Thank you for helping create the most perfect day we could have imagined! - Gabriel & Amanda

From the moment we toured the venue to the whole wedding process, Fallbrook Estate/Wedgewood Weddings nailed it. It was the second venue we toured and immediately my husband fell in love. The area is a golf course in the morning and at night, it becomes the wedding venue of your dreams. The fountain at the front was gorgeous, the ceremony area was dreamy and the lake area turned out to be a beautiful hang out spot for cocktail hour. The reception hall was very spacious and could fit a good number of guests. My description of the venue does not bring it justice; one should really see it for themselves! Their whole team was organized and incredible all around. We were greeted by their staff of the day -Katie- with warmth and smiles. Upon booking, we received access to their planning portal and even an actual binder with check lists to ensure we were on track with the timeline. Every time we had our in-person and phone meetings, everything was made clear and laid out for us. Expectations, decor, timeline, were straightforward; even the tasks they could and could not do, the items that were and were not included in the package. It really was a matter of my husband and I’s decisions and how our vision could come to life. Lauren and Sierra were great with ensuring we made informed decisions about how we wanted our day to be. They were patient and sat with us through the whole process. I truly appreciated the organization of the whole team with the planning process. We also met our day coordinator, Stephanie, during our last meeting, and she energetically led the rehearsal the day before the wedding. For the day of the wedding, it sure went by very fast and overall, everyone including us had a wonderful time. The communication between the staff and vendors really came through as they took care of the decor and timeline part of the wedding day. Stephanie was amazing all around! She ensured the decor was as how we discussed it, helped calm the nerves, checked in on the wedding party for the ceremony and prior to the grand entrance, handed us drinks and appetizers right after the ceremony so we did not miss the cocktail foods and drinks. I loved having Stephanie as our wedding day coordinator! She informed us when her shift ended and introduced us to our banquet captain Emily. Emily also checked in on us and helped me when we had a hiccup with the music and the photobooth. She also helped take down the decor and items when our wedding ended early. I’d also like to give my thanks to the kitchen staff, servers, headchef etc. for making such delicious food! We went around the table during the wedding and our guests raved about everything, from the appetizers to the salads and the actual dinner meals. Even a week after the wedding, we still talk about how delicious the food was. Lastly- I would like to mention that there are additional costs in addition to the package. There is an additional fee for administrative services, which is understandable given the communication their staff was able to provide via call, email, and text messages. Gratuities are also not included, so it is something for couples to keep in mind. However, everything was communicated ahead of it. Overall, my husband and I were happy with how the wedding turned out. Wedgewood at Fallbrook Estate made this planning seamless and made our wedding day memorable for us and our family and friends!

Galway Downs by Wedgewood Weddings was an absolute dream venue for our wedding. From the very first planning meeting, the team was incredibly responsive, attentive, and friendly in helping us bring our vision to life. The value they provided was unmatched - the naturally beautiful space required minimal additional decor, and the add-ons like the photo both and cold touch sparklers were very memorable. We felt like no small detail was missed thanks to Ashley, Austin, Aubree, Devin, Ireland, Kylie, Makenna, Mikayla, Austin (our DJ&MC), and DJ (our banquet coordinator). They truly feel like family by the end of it all. We are forever thankful to the entire Galway Downs team for making our wedding day so special and stress-free.
