The Secret Garden was the perfect venue for our group of 105 guests in May. It has an intimate feel, but still feels open and welcoming. The flowers were in bloom and the grass was very green. The coordination team did an amazing job accommodating all of our set-up requests and took great care of us on the day of. We are very pleased with everything and loved the preferred caterer and DJ that were part of the all-inclusive package. Overall we found this venue to be one of the more affordable options, especially given you bring in your own alcohol/drinks and can take home what’s leftover. This saved us at least 50/person. The surrounding area and city of Rancho Santa Fe are gorgeous. Parking was easy and all our guests loved the venue.

Our wedding was absolutely incredible, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience from start to finish. Every single detail was thoughtfully executed, and the entire team made us feel so cared for throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. A huge thank you to our amazing wedding planners, Petr and Bri from Wedgewood. They kept everything running seamlessly, answered every question we had, and made what could have been a stressful day feel completely effortless. We also have to recognize Brynn, our banquet captain, who ensured everything flowed perfectly behind the scenes. Their professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. The entertainment was unforgettable thanks to DJ Maestro. Mik absolutely understood the vibe we wanted and kept the energy exactly where it needed to be all night long. The addition of the cellist during our ceremony was stunning and made the entire experience feel so elegant and memorable. The florists completely exceeded our expectations. They created the most breathtaking floral arrangements, including a gorgeous flower chandelier that truly became a centerpiece of the room. The creativity and craftsmanship were beyond anything we could have imagined. Our cake from Violet Cakes was both a work of art and incredibly delicious. Malissa designed the most beautiful three-tier cake adorned with fresh flowers, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing it tasted. Finally, we have to give the biggest shoutout to Nico and Paul from True Photography. They were an absolute dream team. They made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, were endlessly patient, and worked together so seamlessly that it was obvious how talented they are. We honestly can't wait to see our photos because watching them work gave us so much confidence that they're going to be spectacular. We truly had the wedding of our dreams, and we're so grateful to everyone who made it possible. If you're considering this venue, don't hesitate—you'll be in the best hands possible!

The Carlsbad Windmill is a beautiful venue and I loved having it as an all in one package. It made wedding planning so easy while still being customizable in many ways. We had an amazing day and everything went smoothly. As a bride, I did not have to worry about much. My only caution is that they can change the food options at their discretion so the food that is there when you book with them may have slight changes when you get to closer to your actual wedding date. This was not a big deal for us but they did change the filet mignon option to a sirloin. Other than that, every one we worked with there are kind and helpful. They are quick to answer any questions you have throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to plan a wedding in the area. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all on the same property/building which makes a very easy transition for the guests from place to place. Many beautiful options for photos on site as well along with the beach and flower fields close by.

I don't even know what to say because I'm so overwhelmed with how perfect everything went on our wedding day. I get more and more obsessed the more I look back at photos! We were at their Villa de Fiore venue and I can't speak of it highly enough - the bridal suite is HUGE and so comfortable, and the groom's suite (though smaller) is also stunning. Being able to have the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception back to back in the same spot was so convenient, not to mention the stunning location. Everyone we worked with at Monserate was so amazing, professional and helpful. Hali took over as our main contact a few months before our wedding and she was an absolute gem, so friendly and incredibly helpful. She was also onsite day-of for anything we needed and helped the whole day run smoothly (even made sure I got my espresso martini before the ceremony after the bartenders told my maid of honor they couldn't serve us yet). She also gifted us a bottle of champagne with a sweet hand-written card afterwards and offered to buy us lunch any time we returned to their winery. Though this might be standard practice for their coordinators, it still meant a lot to us as a couple!

Wedgewood Weddings Fallbrook Estate did an excellent job on our wedding on 1/31/25! I couldn't have been happier with how easy the whole process was and the end result. All of our family and friends are still raving about the beautiful location, the friendly staff, and how each part of the wedding was effortless. I am so grateful for the team at WW Fallbrook- any questions I had someone from their staff always reached out to me and answered my questions right away. They explained everything well and give you a binder to give you reminders and outlines for what you need to get done for planning. I had Mikayla as my day of coordinator and Sierra as my Captain who took over during and after dinner- both of them did a fantastic job and took care of everything for us. I would highly recommend using Wedgewood Weddings as your venue of choice as the packages they offer the include the food, drinks, ceremony and reception space, DJ, and cake bakery are wonderful and so easy to have it all in one place and in one bill. It was money well spent and I am so grateful to the WW Fallbrook Team for a beautiful wedding!

From the moment we started planning, the coordinators at Galway Downs by Wedgewood Weddings were responsive and genuinely caring about making our day special. They know the venue inside and out, which meant they could anticipate issues before they happened and solve them on the spot. The setting itself is gorgeous and private, with a romantic atmosphere that made everything feel intimate. Having vendors already lined up through Wedgewood if you want to use them took so much stress out of the planning process and let us actually enjoy getting ready for the wedding instead of constantly hunting for new people. The coordinators handled all the details with such professionalism and attention, and it showed on our wedding day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend Galway Downs to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with a team that truly cares.
