“Let me start by saying that the Secret Garden and the Epic Coordination team made all of my wedding dreams come true! I recently got married at the Secret Garden on April 28th, 2024. It truly was the most magical day of my life not just because I was marrying my soulmate, but because of the amazing coordination team that made our vision come to life. It was the first venue that my husband and I looked at, and we immediately fell in love with it. We loved that it was a beautiful indoor and outdoor garden venue, but we also loved how they offered an all-inclusive wedding package. They have a list of recommended vendors, including DJ, caterer, florist, photography/videography, and so much more. They give you the option to choose a vendor that they don't have on their recommended list, but we did everything through them and I wouldn't have had it any other way. They really offer the best-of-the-best professionals that know exactly what they're doing. A special shoutout to our coordinator, Laura, for being so organized and making sure everything was perfect on our big day! When it came to the day of the wedding, the entire timeline flowed seamlessly. None of the guests were left waiting around or wondering what was going on because the coordination team was so on top of everything! Everyone at our wedding, including myself and my husband, had an amazing time. Another thing to mention was that the communication with the Secret Garden and their team was beyond excellent! Any question I had, they answered promptly and made sure that the planning process was seamless. I had an enjoyable experience planning our wedding thanks to the support from the Secret Garden and Epic team! To conclude, my wedding day at the Secret Garden was literally the happiest day of our lives! It couldn't have been more perfect. If you're envisioning a fairytale garden wedding like I was, choose this venue!”

“The Carlsbad Windmill is a beautiful venue and I loved having it as an all in one package. It made wedding planning so easy while still being customizable in many ways. We had an amazing day and everything went smoothly. As a bride, I did not have to worry about much. My only caution is that they can change the food options at their discretion so the food that is there when you book with them may have slight changes when you get to closer to your actual wedding date. This was not a big deal for us but they did change the filet mignon option to a sirloin. Other than that, every one we worked with there are kind and helpful. They are quick to answer any questions you have throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to plan a wedding in the area. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all on the same property/building which makes a very easy transition for the guests from place to place. Many beautiful options for photos on site as well along with the beach and flower fields close by.”

“We had such an amazing time and are so happy that wedgewood was a part of our special day. It was everything we envisioned and more! Petr went above and beyond for us, from coordinating with my family members, our musicians, to fixing my dress and veil prior to walking down the isle, Brynn was there every step of the way from opening the doors during the ceremony , gathering all the items lost and found and coordinating with the burrito vendors for late night bites. (: Our bartender!!!- I forgot his name but there was NEVER a line at the bar!! Shots were always ready and not once did he bat an eye! We love you guys so much. 100% would do it again!! Literally the BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES. We are so glad we chose headquarters- I was stressed, but after the rehearsal - I felt so grounded and ready to marry the love of my life. We really appreciate all your help. Thanks again!! 10/10!!! Tbh, the other Wedgewood venues have NOTHING on the headquarters!! When we got to visit the presidio venue- we loved the location, but not the venue. - at that moment we knew we chose the right venue. Headquarters is the best location, most convenient for guests with limited mobility and that’s #1 reason we chose headquarters. - my grandma who is 92, grandpa Bennie 90 and cousin Don-Don who is wheelchair bound with down syndrome were all comfortable and safe. I was also amazed by how the outside cocktail area transformed from when we initially toured the venue, we spend a lot of time in nature, some days I was regretting we didn’t have a nature based outdoor wedding (we also didn’t want to worry about the possibility of the weather afffecting our guest experience- it was raining when we toured headquarters), but I was pleased to be able to get fresh air and still have the same vibe outside. Trying to think if there could have been anything that could have done differently..maybe clearing the bridal suite after cocktail hour of the food/drinks?! I was a bit nauseated from the smell of the tuna that was left out, but as soon as we asked the staff - it was cleared and bussed right away. The lobo lighting was so underwhelming, but that was the band and not you guys (they did the right thing and focused on the music vs centering the light - as they should- they killed ittt) Of course everything can’t be perfect, but it was imperfectly perfect!!! Ohhh also we would have liked to know about the jail cells and exhibit so we could let our guests know to check it out! But we saw it in our own walking around! Two days after the wedding! Soo cool!! “Me and my husband recently got married here at the Beverly Mansion. It was truly the perfect day! VENUE: Of course, Grand Tradition is absolutely beautiful (it is what we were initially drawn to). Their landscape is always luscious and VERY well-kept. Gorgeous bright green lawns and colorful flowers. You hardly even need any ceremony décor. This venue is pretty enough on its own. COORDINATION: We had a coordinator swap midway through planning, and ended up with Lisa. She was EXTRAORDINARY! She made the whole entire process such a breeze and easily answered any questions/concerns we had. Lisa was professional, organized and extremely friendly. We loved getting to work with her. She worked her butt off during the entire process, and it showed on our wedding day. Everything ran SO smooth. Lisa made sure to keep us on schedule and handled all the vendors, everything went without a hitch. STAFF: The entire Grand Tradition staff we had on our wedding day exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived I almost felt like a celebrity. We were treated with smiles, enthusiasm and care. The whole team was professional and really knew how to put on a wedding. I had two bridal assistants, Mackenna and Kaitlyn, who were absolute angels. You both really made me feel at ease with our little chats. You were constantly checking in on me, fixing my dress, holding my drinks, getting me food and doing anything I needed throughout the entire day. FOOD: You never really know what you are going to get with wedding food, but I think Grand Tradition has some of the best. That had SO many options when picking out what we wanted on our buffet, it made it easy to accommodate all different tastes. Our guests are still telling us how amazing their food was. Everything was truly delicious! Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone. If you want a fairytale, stress-free and perfect wedding, this is the place to go!”
