It’s hard to put into words just how magical our wedding day was at The Headquarters by Wedgewood Weddings. From the moment we first visited, we felt something special about this place, and that feeling only grew as we planned our day with their incredible team. Even though we were only the third wedding ever hosted at this brand-new venue, everything went perfectly. You would have never known how new it was because everything was seamless and exceeded every expectation we had. Emma, our coordinator, was truly the heart behind it all. She was calm, organized, and so thoughtful every step of the way. She guided us through the planning process and made sure the entire day ran smoothly so we could truly relax and soak it all in. Janae and the sales team were also wonderful, answering every question with patience and genuine excitement, which made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. On the day itself, the banquet team of Nat, Cody, and Aaron completely blew us away. The food was delicious, the service was flawless, and so many of our guests commented on how cared for they felt. Their kindness and professionalism created such a warm, joyful atmosphere that we will never forget. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and so much more. It was joyful, heartfelt, and unforgettable, and we owe so much of that to the amazing team at Wedgewood Weddings. If you’re thinking about hosting your wedding here, do it. Let me start by saying that the Secret Garden and the Epic Coordination team made all of my wedding dreams come true! I recently got married at the Secret Garden on April 28th, 2024. It truly was the most magical day of my life not just because I was marrying my soulmate, but because of the amazing coordination team that made our vision come to life. It was the first venue that my husband and I looked at, and we immediately fell in love with it. We loved that it was a beautiful indoor and outdoor garden venue, but we also loved how they offered an all-inclusive wedding package. They have a list of recommended vendors, including DJ, caterer, florist, photography/videography, and so much more. They give you the option to choose a vendor that they don't have on their recommended list, but we did everything through them and I wouldn't have had it any other way. They really offer the best-of-the-best professionals that know exactly what they're doing. A special shoutout to our coordinator, Laura, for being so organized and making sure everything was perfect on our big day! When it came to the day of the wedding, the entire timeline flowed seamlessly. None of the guests were left waiting around or wondering what was going on because the coordination team was so on top of everything! Everyone at our wedding, including myself and my husband, had an amazing time. Another thing to mention was that the communication with the Secret Garden and their team was beyond excellent! Any question I had, they answered promptly and made sure that the planning process was seamless. I had an enjoyable experience planning our wedding thanks to the support from the Secret Garden and Epic team! To conclude, my wedding day at the Secret Garden was literally the happiest day of our lives! It couldn't have been more perfect. If you're envisioning a fairytale garden wedding like I was, choose this venue!

Venue considerations

  • Venue feels large for events with small guest lists
  • No on-site guest accommodations

My husband and I got married at Secluded Garden Estate back in February. I have no regrets in choosing this venue. There were some hiccups right before and after our event happened. The venue owners were very kind and welcoming to us and what our vision was. It is on their home property so be prepared to share the smaller Bridal Suite area and possibly hear some noise as you’re getting ready. There was no all inclusive package available for us so we had to bring EVERYTHING and get it from, outside vendors. We chose this so that we could make it more our own. They did offer heaters for a certain price but we chose not to use them after all. The day of staff were so incredibly helpful, all the men that were there offered to lend a helping hand to our family as they cleaned up. Because of this, there was some miscommunication between us and the vendor owners. So, please be clear with the staff that you do not want to get charged for something that you aren’t supposed to. Also, make sure to just communicate with the owners of how you should coordinate with the vendors, such as day and time of drop off and pick up. (Ex. Tables and chairs) Overall, we loved this venue. It was what we had envisioned for our special day and we are blessed because of it. Hope this helped someone!!! :D

Ethereal Gardens by Trademark Venues

4.2

Escondido, CA
  • Up to 500 guests
  • Select services
  • Outdoor & indoor
  • Starts at $15,950

Set on 40 acres of edible gardens, surrounded by old growth orchards and 100 acres of organic herb and vegetable farms… An “out of the box” venue that is completely private and not just another golf course, winery, banquet hall or hotel. Here we are open to creative ideas and outside vendors such as florists, photographers, photo booths, food trucks and so much more.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Rustic-chic setting
  • Space for a large guest list
  • Has a dance floor to dance the night away

Venue considerations

  • No on-premises lodging options
  • Venue feels large for events with small guest lists
  • On-site parking not available
Ethereal gardens is a gorgeous venue and my wedding was stunning. That said, there are several things that Ethereal Gardens/Trademark Venues needs to improve on. 1- The contract includes additional costs (service fees, bar, additional guests, decor, etc) It becomes overwhelming and confusing to understand exactly how much your final cost will be. It needs to be better organized. 2- The invoice is the only location where you can see your cost breakdown, and they do not date any changes to the invoice. So one day your total cost is X, the next day it’s Y, and you have no idea what was added to the invoice. There is no record of changes. This is not a best practice for running a business and caused us extra stress. 3- The contract states that you cannot have a coordinator or a wedding planner because Trademark IS the wedding planner. This was frustrating because I did everything that a wedding planner should have done (creating the floor plan and seating chart, coordinating meetings, timeline, selecting/communicating with vendors…). Would have been nice to be able to have a planner to do those things like we were promised. 4- My planner tried to start my ceremony early, almost 20 minutes early! Even though most of my family wasn’t there yet! Luckily I said no and it went on as planned but that shouldn’t have even been suggested. 5- The security guards were VERY rude to guests who showed up late. 6- The venue set up my guest book upside down so the signatures are at the back of the book, welcome table was messy, and my gorgeous seating chart was set against an ugly brown wall so all photos of it are ruined. 7- Two full rows at the front during the ceremony were empty because people didn’t know they could sit there. This ruined certain photos because it’s very empty looking. 8- Getting-ready rooms are available at 11:30am (bride) and 2:30pm (groom) regardless of when your wedding starts. The venue does not accommodate based on your specific wedding timeline- unless you pay 1500 which only gets you an extra hour in the rooms. Wish we would have known that up front. Caused more stress and confusion. 9- A security guard snapped his fingers at one of my guests to tell them to leave when he was just waiting for his girlfriend to get out of the bathroom. And the staff started taking tables apart as our wedding was still going on! This led to one of our guests losing a jacket that was on the back of a chair someone took away. Summary: Wedding was beautiful, food was great, venue was gorgeous. However Ethereal Garden’s processes are messy and very greedy/money focused, and some their staff is rude and made guests uncomfortable.

We had our wedding at The Monserate (Tuscan Estate), and it was truly such a beautiful day. The venue itself is stunning, from the scenery to the atmosphere, everything felt romantic and thoughtfully cared for. Our guests kept complimenting how beautiful and magical everything looked, and it really made the day feel special. We also worked with Meilee McConnaughey, who was kind, supportive, and helpful throughout the planning process and on the wedding day. She made sure we stayed organized, kept things running smoothly, and helped ease so much of the stress that comes with a wedding. We’re really grateful for her calm energy and all the behind-the-scenes work she put in to make the day go well. My husband and I just had our wedding at Willow Creek Events this month and the venue and day was absolutely magical! If you’re looking for an outdoor venue with whimsical and garden vibes, you NEED to check it out. My husband and I had to start over venue hunting about 6 months prior to the wedding due to disorganization and terrible communication with our original venue. Bethany (the venue coordinator) and Willow Creek Events was literally the answer to our prayers. Bethany was always so thorough and reliable with her communication and responses, with scheduling walkthroughs with our vendors and she had flexibility and quick solutions for any and all unexpected situations. We felt so taken care of, the venue is pet-friendly, and on the day-of, everything turned out EVEN BETTER than we could’ve imagined or thought possible. The entire staff at Willow Creek Events were amazing and so friendly, our guests loved every aspect of the wedding and we can’t thank Bethany and the whole Willow Creek Events staff enough.

Lauren, our day-of coordinator, was a total ROCKSTAR. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease the entire day — organized, calm, and truly everything you could ever want in a coordinator. Because of her, everything ran perfectly, and we were able to just soak it all in. A huge shoutout to Chef Austin — the food was phenomenal! Every single guest was raving about how delicious everything was, from appetizers to dinner. Our banquet captain, Sierra, went above and beyond! She was so attentive, on top of every little detail, and even snapped some adorable behind-the-scenes photos and sent them to us afterward — so thoughtful and sweet! The rest of our staff — Aden, Patty, Lilly, Ava, and Jayln — were absolutely outstanding. They made sure everything flowed seamlessly and treated us and our guests with so much kindness and care. Our bartenders, Rachel and Julio, crushed it! The drinks were amazing, and everyone was having the best time thanks to them. And of course, the planning team — Angela, Mikayla, Katie, DJ, and Haley — thank you for making the planning process so easy and enjoyable. Every question was answered quickly, every detail handled with care. Lastly, a big thank-you to GM Austin for going the extra mile and helping coordinate special touches like golf for the guys — truly above and beyond. The Fallbrook team is unmatched. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of (and more), and we owe it all to this incredible team. We’re forever grateful!

Temecula Creek Inn

5.0

Temecula, CA
  • Up to 270 guests

Halfway between LA and San Diego, you can design the wedding day of your dreams surrounded by natural beauty and effortless charm. We’ll indulge your thoughtfully planned celebration at our whimsical outdoor venues, where you can say “I do” beneath ancient oak trees and celebrate under the stars. From our peaceful landscape and butterfly habitat to our chef’s gardens and scenic pathways, every corner offers a picture-perfect backdrop. With warm, elevated service, exceptional food and beverage, and a 27-hole golf course perfect for pre-wedding fun, Temecula Creek Inn is a secluded destination that feels worlds away, yet perfectly within reach.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Bridal suite on site
  • Provides catering services
  • Combines timeless elegance with history

Venue considerations

  • Does not allow pets
  • No built-in audiovisual options
  • Couple must handle cleanup and setup
We are still floating on cloud nine after our wedding at Temecula Creek Inn this past weekend. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely magical. We hosted our rehearsal in the beautiful Meadows and used the lush grounds as a backdrop for our bridal party photos in traditional Vietnamese dresses—it made for the most stunning, heartfelt moments. Our actual wedding took place at the Stone House, and it was nothing short of perfection. One of the unexpected highlights of a spring wedding was seeing all the rose bushes in full bloom. The entire property was incredibly green and well-maintained—a noticeable difference from other nearby venues that relied on artificial turf, which felt less authentic in comparison. TCI’s grounds are truly exceptional, with a rustic, romantic charm that brought our Bridgerton-inspired enchanted garden theme to life. From the babbling creek and grand tree canopy to the string lights and lush lawns, every corner of the venue shined with natural beauty. If you're dreaming of an outdoor wedding, look no further. One huge perk is that TCI isn’t subject to a 10pm curfew, which gave us the flexibility to keep the celebration going. Because they’re owned by Pechanga, we were also able to provide guests with shuttle rides to the casino for an unforgettable after-party. And for the golf enthusiasts in our group, the nighttime glow golf competition was a surprise hit—something we’ve never seen at another venue! The Stone House itself is steeped in history and full of character. With its cozy fireplace and intimate feel, it offered what I can only describe as understated luxury—warm, inviting, and personal without ever feeling over-the-top. During our ceremony, several guests told us they saw golden specks floating in the air as the sunlight streamed in—it was probably pollen, but it looked just like fairy dust. Truly a fairytale moment! A special shoutout to Erika P., who answered all of our many questions with patience and clarity. The front desk staff greeted us so warmly, and every team member we interacted with—from housekeeping to the servers at Cork Fire Kitchen—was attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind. Thanks to TCI, we had the wedding of our dreams, and we already can’t wait to come back for a future anniversary stay.

I was just recently married in June of 2024 and I. Chose California Ranch Company as my wedding venue. I had visited many different wedding venues from packages, to total DIY, to garden scenery versus barn scenery, etc. It was a long process, but my husband and I decided to go with CRC during our first tour of the grounds. There a beautiful variety of nature, scenic outlooks, and character on this property and it’s paired with a comfortable farm style environment. The three most important factors for my wedding was allowing enough room for my guests to walk around without feeling restricted, a green/natural environment that photographs well, and a comfortable area where my guests can let loose and have fun. Oh and a barn. This venue checked all of my boxes out of the gate. I loved getting to see the horses and farm life on the property, many of which made an appearance in my photos. The packages were also very reasonable for someone wanting to save money with a DIY wedding but doesn’t want to start from the ground up. I had all my personal vendors chosen based on preference, but the venue was already set up to host guests. It was a perfect happy medium. I also want to make a point of noting how helpful and amazing the staff members are at CRC. It felt very warm and comfortable collaborating with the team and they went out of their way to make our jobs planning easier. Tracey was my personal coordinator and she made sure that my wedding day went through without a hitch. I am beyond happy with my experience at the venue and would recommend it to anyone looking for a western barn themed wedding filled with personal touches of character.

We had our wedding at Grand Tradition Estates and I’m still convinced we accidentally hacked the wedding matrix and ended up with the perfect day. My wife booked it sight unseen just to lock in the date (which made my eye twitch a bit), but once we stepped foot onto the Arbor Terrace, we knew we hit the jackpot. It’s basically a tropical garden paradise with a waterfall that makes every photo look like it belongs in a fancy bridal magazine. A huge shout-out to our wedding coordinator, Jasmine Ross, absolute rockstar! She kept everything running smoother than my dance moves after three cocktails (which is saying something). Also, there was a young assistant who trailed my wife around like a bridal ninja, making sure her dress was fluffed, pinned, and picture-perfect at all times, we didn’t catch her name, but she deserves a medal for dress-wrangling alone. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the stunning venue, the perfectly timed ceremony, and how stress-free everything felt, all thanks to the dream team at Grand Tradition. If you’re on the fence about booking here, just do it. Best spontaneous decision we ever made, besides saying “I do.” Would rate it 6 stars if I could!

We are so grateful we chose the Inn at Churon Winery for our wedding. We looked at many, many venue options and struggled with which to choose but settled on the Churon because their package was so inclusive and they were one of the few venues that offered an indoor option in case of inclement weather. We planned the entire wedding from out of state and Churon made it easy. Meilee was amazing to work with - communicative, responsive, flexible, helpful, kind, accommodating, and on and on. I could not have asked for a better venue coordinator to work with. Our wedding day ended up being cold and rainy (rare in Temecula) and everyone worked hard to make sure our day was beautiful despite the weather. Enrique (the chef) and his staff went above and beyond. The food and service were beyond expectations in every way. The wines were of course fabulous. And we met the most amazing vendors through Churon, especially our photographer, bakery, and florist. The venue itself is gorgeous, but working with everyone there is what really made our day - every need and want was met and we felt like our event was as important to Churon as it was to us.

It’s hard to explain until you see it in person, but the space just has this calming, open feel that immediately puts you at ease. We didn’t want the typical crowded venue experience, and this villa gave us the chance to host our celebration exactly how we imagined it — just us and our closest friends and family. The deck was our favorite part — huge, with lounge seating and a perfect sunset view. It was the dream setting for our dinner and dancing. Having the accommodation included was a huge bonus. We were able to stay on-site with immediate family, which made everything so much easier and more meaningful. Everyone felt relaxed and taken care of. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that offers real privacy, space to celebrate, and the comfort of staying overnight, this is hands down the best option out there.
