    We had such a wonderful experience having our wedding at CRC Ranch, and working with Tracey as our venue coordinator. Obviously the venue speaks for itself- it's rustic, sprawling, and a California dream. We chose it for those reasons AND because our wedding party and family were able to stay on property the entire weekend. There are a lot of venues out there to choose from, and the experience with the staff and management is what sets CRC apart from others.  From the very beginning, Tracey was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the entire planning process feel so much less stressful. Any time we had a question or needed guidance, she was quick to respond and always thoughtful in her answers. Tracey was also extremely accommodating and understanding throughout the process. Wedding planning can come with a lot of moving parts, and she assisted whereever she could with patience, flexibility, and a genuinely friendly attitude that made us feel supported the whole way through. Even when she took time off, she would give us a heads up so we knew what to expect and who would be a point of contact while she was out.  One thing that really stood out was her knowledge of the area and her recommendations for local caterers and vendors. In fact, when our caterer backed out at the last minute (29 days out), Tracey jumped in immediately and helped us secure a new one. The caterer she connected us with ended up being amazing- also responsive, kind, and a perfect fit for our day. That level of support meant so much to us during a stressful moment. She ensured the property where we stayed, and where we hosted our rehearsal and wedding events was in its prime and any minor issues she addressed immediately. Having someone so organized, kind, and experienced coordinating behind the scenes made a huge difference. We’re incredibly grateful for everything she did to help make our day special and would absolutely recommend this venue, and Tracey, to any couple planning their wedding.

    CRC was an amazing wedding venue that exceeded all of our expectations. From the very first interaction, their communication was consistently clear, easy to understand, and they were always available to answer any questions we had. We felt supported the entire planing process and on the big day. The team was on top of every detail, ensuring our special day went off without a hitch. The quality of their work and the overall value was simply perfect and ideal - we could not have asked for more. Our guests are still raving about the beautiful space and how on top of it Tracey and her staff were. Tracey helped recommend the best vendors that fit our budget perfectly. We are so grateful to the CRC Weddings team for helping to make our wedding weekend truly unforgettable.

    We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding venue and especially Tracey, the venue wedding manager. From the very beginning, Tracey was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive, answering every question we had throughout a very stressful year of planning. She made us feel supported and reassured every step of the way. On our wedding day, even when the weather didn’t cooperate and it rained, Tracey and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that our day was still absolutely perfect. The food provided by the venue was absolutely amazing, something our guests are still talking about! My wife and I are foodie and it’s hard to come by truly great food that’s provided directly by a venue, but CRC absolutely delivered. Everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. We are so grateful for Tracey and her team for helping bring our vision to life and creating a day we will cherish forever. We would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for an exceptional experience.

    Where to start off, first my Fiancée and I just got married at CRC on 11.10.25 , we want to thank ALL the CRC Staff that came together on our behalf and behind the scenes. To our coordinators Tracey and Tobie for going above and beyond for us. Also to Alex our florist, our beautiful florals and every other staff member who made this day unforgettable. Tracey is well organized and to say she is more than capable is an understatement. Anything we needed, was taken care of. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. Any issues there may have been, I didn’t even know about and if I found out later it was already resolved with another solution. They truly took care of us at CRC. I can honestly say Tracey, Tobie, and every staff member went above and beyond for us! We are truly overwhelmed with the details, the time, and dedication everyone gave to us that day. It was perfect in every aspect . The food was amazing through their direct caterers, both James and Lorena at Redtail catering took such great care of us and all our guests. We felt the love and support from every angle with the CRC family. Tracey captivated every moment and detail that we asked for with her talented creativity, her transparency, & seasoned experience. Since day one we almost immediately fell in love with the property & knew that we could trust Tracey with this important task of helping us plan our special day. . . A beautiful ranch , in wine country during fall what more could a bride and groom ask for? If you are searching for the perfect Temecula venue look no more.
