About this venue
We have several sites to choose from. Our rustic but chic barn and our new mountaintop villa with views to die for! We are a full service weddings and event venue with endless options. Indoors, outdoors, rustic, elegant, endless possibilities to fit every budget. Overnight accommodations on property as well.

Wedding couple
We had an amazing experience with CRC from start to finish. Gaby and Tracey were incredible coordinators throughout the entire process. They made sure every detail was taken care of, kept us informed every step of the way, and were always responsive and communicative. Their professionalism, organization, and genuine care made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We both truly appreciate everything they did and couldn't have asked for a better team

We had our wedding at CRC and it was absolutely perfect! One of the best parts was that we were able to stay right on the property, and our family and wedding party could stay in the on-site Airbnbs. It felt like a true wedding retreat! We were even able to host our rehearsal dinner on-site, which made the whole weekend so seamless and stress-free. Tracey was incredible throughout the entire process—she walked us through everything, helped us find amazing vendors, and was there for anything we needed. We also loved how much freedom we had to build our perfect day exactly how we envisioned it. Thank you, CRC, for making our wedding unforgettable!

Fun Wedding!!
If you want a fun wedding, go with CRC Ranch. My family could not stop raving about how fun the wedding was. It is a very convenient place to have a wedding as the ceremony site (lawn) is next to where the reception site is at (the barn). I had 225 people and we fit well. It was super convenient that there are air bnb houses on site. They are extremely flexible and allowed me to have two food trucks, a cigar lounge, a 360-video booth, a regular photo booth, and I was able to have my bridal party pass out beer during the ceremony. I also love that the venue provided lawn games such as corn hole, horseshoe toss, and had a fire pit for the people outside. Tracey is the venue coordinator and she was great. If I had any questions, she always responded quickly. I know there are some crazy bridezillas out there, yet she will still try her best to make you happy. If you didn't like Tracey, then you must be one of those ridiculous bridezillas because she was great to me. I had one of my vendors not show up at the time they said they would. Tracey noticed and immediately called them, so I didn't have to worry. The owner is Nick, and to book the air bnbs you have to message Nick. He is hard to get hold of, but if you can't, Tracey will be sure to get a hold of him. Tobi is the assistant venue coordinator and she was super sweet. The bar tenders that work for CRC Ranch were super friendly and awesome. The only cons is there are some dirt areas since it is a ranch, so be mindful when booking during the rainy seasons. I had my wedding 5/15/26 so it was sunny and perfect.

Perfect Wedding
We had the absolute perfect wedding and could not have imagined a more beautiful place to celebrate. The venue was stunning, and being able to stay on-site all weekend allowed us to fully enjoy every moment without having to leave the property. From the Villa to the Barn, every detail captured the rustic country wedding of our dreams. The entire staff was wonderful and made us feel so supported throughout the process. A special thank you to Tracey, who was truly our fairy godmother—she went above and beyond to make our vision come to life and ensured everything was perfect. We are so grateful for the unforgettable memories created here and would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a magical wedding experience.

We had such a wonderful experience having our wedding at CRC Ranch, and working with Tracey as our venue coordinator. Obviously the venue speaks for itself- it's rustic, sprawling, and a California dream. We chose it for those reasons AND because our wedding party and family were able to stay on property the entire weekend. There are a lot of venues out there to choose from, and the experience with the staff and management is what sets CRC apart from others. From the very beginning, Tracey was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the entire planning process feel so much less stressful. Any time we had a question or needed guidance, she was quick to respond and always thoughtful in her answers. Tracey was also extremely accommodating and understanding throughout the process. Wedding planning can come with a lot of moving parts, and she assisted whereever she could with patience, flexibility, and a genuinely friendly attitude that made us feel supported the whole way through. Even when she took time off, she would give us a heads up so we knew what to expect and who would be a point of contact while she was out. One thing that really stood out was her knowledge of the area and her recommendations for local caterers and vendors. In fact, when our caterer backed out at the last minute (29 days out), Tracey jumped in immediately and helped us secure a new one. The caterer she connected us with ended up being amazing- also responsive, kind, and a perfect fit for our day. That level of support meant so much to us during a stressful moment. She ensured the property where we stayed, and where we hosted our rehearsal and wedding events was in its prime and any minor issues she addressed immediately. Having someone so organized, kind, and experienced coordinating behind the scenes made a huge difference. We’re incredibly grateful for everything she did to help make our day special and would absolutely recommend this venue, and Tracey, to any couple planning their wedding.
