“We hired Petit Eclair for our wedding and are so glad that we did!! My husband and I are both not very comfortable in front of the camera so we were nervous for our wedding. However, we found Daria and had the chance to meet with her over coffee to talk about our day, our history, our goals, and what we wanted out of a photographer. Fast forward to our wedding day. She arrived early to our venue, was cognizant of me and my girls getting ready and was able to capture all the small details without me remembering she did (she’s that amazing!!). Daria was able to photograph myself and my girls while her husband photographed my husband and his groomsmen. This was so helpful so that she didn’t miss any small moment to capture. During the ceremony at our church they both captured everything, including the small glances we gave each other, family and friend reactions, and they were very respectful of being in a church. The rest of the day went so smoothly as they came with us to several locations to shoot with our wedding party. What I really loved was that she brought a list of the poses I wanted to have done (that I told her months prior over coffee), so she could help make sure we got those done. I forgot i had requested them and I think it was so thoughtful to have remembered :) They were both SO easy going, kind, but also kept us on track if we needed to move along to keep on schedule for the day. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better wedding photographer than petit eclair. Their photos are natural, light, bright, and genuine. You won’t find anyone better!”

“My wife and I worked with Eli for our engagement and wedding photos. We spent a lot of time searching for the perfect photographer to capture everything - focusing on candid moments, emotions, relieving the awkwardness, and generally someone we could trust to use their own judgment and need little guidance throughout the day. Eli was exactly the right person for the job. We clicked right away, with an intro call where he answered all of our questions and joked around with us to relieve our anxiety. He looked up our venue and already started making suggestions for how he would shoot and edit everything. He worked out a unique package deal with us to fit our needs and budget - we wanted to shorten the engagement session and tack that time onto our wedding day. He drove over an hour after work (he’s a nurse!) to our town for the engagement session just to ensure we’d get the perfect sunset vibe. We had a blast and the photos turned out better than we could have imagined. When it came to the wedding day, he kept us in the loop and arrived perfectly on time, got himself set up and took control of the situation seamlessly. He meshed so well with our whole group and helped keep us on schedule while also sneaking away to capture detail shots we never would have thought of. We had given him a list of things we wanted and he reminded us of them throughout the night which was so helpful. He was overall extremely kind and professional, while also having an approachable, relaxed energy that eased our fears. It is clear that this is a passion project for Eli, as each photo came to us carefully edited with every special detail highlighted perfectly. We are just in awe of the gallery of over 1,000 photos from our wedding night. Many of the photos we did not even realize he was getting in the moment. The return time for photos was a bit on the longer side (just over 12 weeks) but this is WITHOUT A DOUBT well worth it. He kept us updated as we were waiting, and not to mention, he offered us some print credit to make up for the time! My wife and I agree that we couldn’t have picked a better photographer for our wedding, and these photos will be cherished forever. Sorry for the long review, but you need to know all the reasons why Eli is the guy to hire!”

The photographers were understanding, great at directing guests around, and fit right into the wedding day seamlessly. By the end of the night even my bridesmaids said that Kristen was the best wedding photographer that they’ve ever had (and they’ve been in quite a few weddings). Kristen was amazing at reading the room, finding phenomenal poses to take photographs, and capturing both the details and the important shots. Even when firefighters had to crash the wedding due to an electrical issue, Jen rolled with the punches and took some of the best photos of the night of us sitting on a fire truck!
