Do you watermark or copyright pictures?

Accepted Answer

No! All images are watermark or copyright free. This means you can do whatever you wish with your pictures, and you are not forced to order anything from us. This separates us from many other photographers who do not include this feature, or charge you extra for this feature.

Question 2

Are your wedding packages set at a fixed price?

Accepted Answer

Our wedding packages are flexible. This means that we can modify the wedding packages by adding, removing, or modifying different features of the package in order to meet your needs and budget. Do you save or back up our photos so they do not get lost?

Yes! We have a multi-back up system in place. All images are stored on our website's cloud storage, we also have 2 separate external hard drives that have all of the images. We hold onto images indefinitely, so even after many years you can reach out for the images if you have lost them.

Question 4

How far do you travel for weddings?

Accepted Answer

We travel pretty much anywhere for weddings. Although we are based out of Southern New Hampshire / Boston Massachusetts area, we have worked various parts of the country. There will be a charge associated with travel. The charge depends on location and current travel costs.

Question 5

How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

Accepted Answer

The earlier the better, sometimes we do get booked out 1 to 2 years in advance.

Question 6

Do you have a back-up plan if you can't photograph our wedding as planned?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Although we have never needed to use it, we have agreements with other wedding professional photographers to cover for each other in the event that something comes up out of our control and are unable to shoot your event.

Question 7

Do you work with assistants or other photographers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Depending on which wedding package you choose, a second shooter comes with the package. All of our "assistants" are professional photographers themselves and have their own photography businesses.

Question 8

Will you edit all of our pictures?

Accepted Answer

All final high resolution images are color corrected and retouched. If an image requires extensive photoshop work (ex: remove Uncle Bob from a picture), there may be an additional charge depending on the level of the edit.

How long will it take to see our pictures?

Accepted Answer

It depends on how many final images we provide to you. I release the images in batches of around 100-200 in a week to two weeks. Each additional batch would come in the same amount of time until all of the final images have been delivered to you.

Question 11

Do you also offer video services?

Accepted Answer

Not our company personally, but we have collaborated with other video companies on previous events, and can see if they are available on the date of the event, and what additional cost you could expect.

Question 12

How many pictures will we get?

Accepted Answer

It depends on what package you purchase and the amount of time we are photographing. Typically: • Premiere package yields about 400-600 photos. • Platinum package yields about 600-800 photos. • Ultimate package yields about 800-1000 photos.
