Communication with VMG Weddings was super relaxed and easy, they understood everything I wanted. We were blessed to have both Matt & Des capture our special night. The work they produced was incredible - they were so detail-oriented and worked tirelessly to bring my wedding day dreams to reality. They incorporated the beautiful cemetery on the property into my photos because they could tell it was something I would love. The photographers were also so helpful, fluffing my dress, checking my hair and makeup, and even bustling my dress multiple times throughout the night. It felt like having extra friends there to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely hire VMG Weddings for your wedding - they'll make it a true fairytale for you!

Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a wedding photographer for the wildly in love, the offbeat romantics, and the couples who value a good laugh as much as a good love story. My style? Vibrant, true-to-color images that feel as timeless as your favorite song and as honest as your vows. I edit with intention – keeping skin tones real, colors rich, and moments full of life.

Awarded Best of Zola
We first hired Emily for our engagement party about six years ago, and she absolutely blew us away. The photos were stunning! Full of life, emotion, and beautifully captured moments. I still look back at them all the time. When I hired someone else for my baby shower, it was a huge regret. The photos didn’t come close to what I had hoped for. I couldn’t stop thinking about how incredible Emily had been, so six years later, I reached out to her again for our maternity shoot… and she nailed it once again. She has a true gift, not just for photography, but for making people feel completely at ease in front of the camera. My husband and I are both naturally awkward when it comes to photos, but Emily somehow brings out the most genuine version of us. She’s hilarious, down to earth, and has this incredible ability to make the entire experience feel fun and effortless. What could’ve been an uncomfortable, stiff shoot turned into one of our favorite memories. I will truly never go to anyone else for photos. Emily is a 10/10, every single time!

I am SO excited that you stumbled upon my work! I shoot weddings all across Florida & New England! Capturing raw, true emotions as they happen is what I’m all about. I want to capture it all on your big day. From the moments of you putting your dress to the tears running down your face as you read your vows to each other. I'd say my photography style would be something along the lines of "lifestyle photography". [That means that posing you in silly ways that seem fake / awkward isn't really my jam.] I mean, unless that gets some snuggles & laughs. I'm ALLLL about that. I like to capture REAL life with REAL emotions and REAL smiles. Your session should be relaxed and fun. [All while I get some kick-ass photos!] I will most likely make a giant fool of myself at your session, so you'll feel like a professional. I sing, trip, laugh, make noises, mention inappropriate things, show my nerdiness. AKA YOU'RE GOING TO DO JUST FINE.

Hiring April and Jordan as our wedding photographers was one of the best decisions we made for our entire celebration. From the very beginning, April communicated with such care and consistency—checking in, asking thoughtful questions, and making sure every single wish we had was understood and honored. I always felt supported, heard, and genuinely excited after every conversation. When our wedding day arrived—the greatest day of my life—I truly believe their charisma, warmth, and attention to detail played a huge role in making it feel so magical. They brought the perfect balance of fun and structure, and our families still talk about how incredible they were to work with. It felt like having two close friends guiding us through the day, cheering us on, and capturing every moment with intention. And the photos… wow. April sent us a sneak preview within 24 hours, and my jaw was on the floor. Every image was stunning—full of emotion, beauty, and authenticity. Our full album arrived so quickly, and we loved *every single picture*. Their talent is undeniable, but it’s their heart and presence that make them truly exceptional. April and Jordan are now officially part of our family. They will be at every major life event from here on out, and we can’t wait to have them by our side to help us remember all the special moments still to come. If you’re considering them—don’t hesitate. They are an absolute must.

Hi, I’m Julie! I’ve been photographing weddings for about ten years now (holy cow, do I feel old!), starting with photographing friends' weddings and quickly falling in love with the work. While I adore capturing gorgeous portraits of the bride and groom and the quiet (and sometimes chaotic!), beautiful moments during a wedding/elopement/engagement session, those ridiculous candid moments (like when a stranger offers you a fry on the boardwalk during your bridesmaid photos) truly make your day uniquely yours. I'd absolutely describe my style as a mixture of classic, artistic and photojournalism, but my heart lies in capturing candid moments.

Awarded Best of Zola
Julie is super skilled and fun to work with. We wanted someone to capture fun photos (vs the traditional photos) and she fully delivered for both our engagement and wedding photos. She’s super flexible and made us feel so comfortable the whole time given us direction while also capturing many candid shots. She has a knack for capturing the pure joy of the moments. HIGHLY recommend!

Most importantly, we’ll help you feel at ease in front of the camera, so that things always feel natural. We are Nora & Cory, and we are so excited to share our passion with you.

She was so kind, so helpful, and had so many great shots in mind that I NEVER would have thought of. If you’re in between photographers, I can assure you Solare is fantastic. I've seen other photographers at other weddings, and one of the main things my friends and family said "we couldnt even see them!" And it was so true. they were hidden and still got amazing shots. Thank you Solare for everything you did at our wedding!

I’m Felisha, an Award Winning - Published New England Wedding + Portrait photographer with the honor of capturing love stories and cherished moments across New England since 2013. Photography isn’t just my career—it’s the way I connect with people, turning clients into dear friends and fleeting moments into timeless memories. When I’m not behind the lens, you’ll find me soaking up life with my high school sweetheart, our beautiful daughter, and our two chocolate Labradors. My heart beats for real, authentic moments—the kind where love and laughter come effortlessly.

Awarded Best of Zola
Within a year of our wedding, our original photographer canceled, and I felt nothing but panic and sadness at having to start the search all over again. When I came across Felisha’s portfolio, it felt like fate. Her work was exactly what I had been envisioning from the start of wedding planning—and more. I reached out on a whim, fully expecting her to be booked, but by all the luck in the world she wasn’t and it was meant to be! From our very first call, Felisha instantly put me at ease. She felt like a friend—warm, kind, understanding, and genuinely willing to listen. Every ounce of worry disappeared, and instead, she added to the excitement of getting married. On our wedding day it was just easy and fun, it felt like a friend was capturing our day. Not only is her photography absolutely breathtaking, but the person behind the camera is equally as remarkable. I would relive our wedding day 100 times over with Felisha by our side. I’m beyond grateful for the memories she captured and gosh are they stunning! I cannot wait for future life moments to bring us together again, she is stuck with us for life if she’ll have us!

Capture the North was founded by multi-award-winning, and published photographer Sarah K. Marshall, and her husband, Christopher Marshall. Both are Marine Corps veterans and native New Englanders. Despite traveling across the world while serving in the Marine Corps, there is still something so magical about the New England area for them. Sarah was named Department of Defense Military Photographer of the Year 2020, and Marine Corps Photographer of the Year 2020 + 2021. Her work has been displayed in the National Museum of the Marine Corps and her imagery was the cover art of Leatherneck Magazine.

Sarah is an amazing photographer. I looked at probably a dozen other photographers for our wedding, but my fiancé and I were both super impressed with Sarah’s work and affordability. We recently had our engagement photos done and I was an anxious mess since I don’t normally wear make up or have my photos taken. However, I’m OBSESSED with how the photos came out. I feel so pretty looking at them and they truly represent our love and goofy relationship. Cannot wait to see the photos from our wedding next year.

Dan has been doing the website photos for Authentically You Counseling for the past few years. Although it’s not a wedding - I can speak to his character and work. Dan brings his sense of humor to his professional work to make everyone feel more comfortable in front of the camera. We are a fun bunch and he took advantage of that - offering some fun shots along with the professional ones. He was able to capture the personalities of those he photographed. For Dan, photography is more than it seems - it is the art of capturing moments, not poses - of capturing the beauty around him.

I’ve been making pictures since I was 12. My parents gave me an ancient 35mm Konica Autoreflex camera, told me to get after it, and the rest, as they say, is history. My role as a photographer is to capture the rare, vulnerable, epic, extraordinary, and wonderfully ordinary moments of life, as well as the beautiful details in between. I strive to make images that come from the heart and will tell your story for years to come. Also, I might cry at your wedding. It happens.

Awarded Best of Zola
I don’t know where to begin! I was hoping to find a photographer who was easy to be around, wouldn’t make us feel stiff and captured the true joys of the day. Jo is your person! She was incredible. We are avid hikers and mountain people and Jo didn’t bat an eye when I asked if she would come over to hike our favorite mountain for sunset/first look photos the Thursday before our wedding. They are the most special photos we have from our wedding and it truly was such an intimate time for us to share together before the big day (my husband, Jo and I all together!) and it made for such an easy transition to working with her on wedding day. Jo captured all the action, often pulling off crazy maneuvers or every laying on the dance floor to get the perfect shots. In the lead up to the wedding she was always available, happy to chat about ideas and really valued what was most important to us. She easily brought on an amazing second photographer as we got closer and picked someone who she truly thought would mesh well with us. I’m not someone who documents much with progressional photography, but I’m truly looking forward to more life events so I can give Jo a call.

This is the second time we have trusted Ian with our special moments are he again outdid himself! We had a wedding reception after we had our ceremony which Ian photographed for us. I will preface and say that I am not a comfortable person in front of a camera and because we did any more portrait shots with our ceremony, I wanted mostly candid photography for this event. I was so impressed, as was all my guests with his work. He captured all the great moments, laughs, and dance steps along the way. He was always there when you. needed him but also you never noticed him in the way which, to me, sets him apart from other photographers as well. I cannot recommend Ian enough for any event in your life.

Hey there!! We're Sarah & Ben a mother-son destination photography team traveling throughout New England and the U.S., capturing stunning weddings, elopements, & engagements along the way. We’re lucky enough to witness countless beautiful moments that leave us in awe. From the quiet glances to the laughter-filled celebrations, we aim to capture it all with a sense of ease that reflects the genuine connections between you and your loved ones.

I had an absolutely incredible experience working with Sarah and her team for my proposal photos. From start to finish, she was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive, which immediately gave me confidence, and her work more than lived up to it. I proposed to my fiancée in the Boston Public Garden in November, a very popular spot. Several photographers told me they wouldn’t shoot there because of the crowds, but Sarah didn’t hesitate. Not only was she willing, she and her team arrived an hour early to secure a prime location and make sure everything went smoothly. She also went above and beyond with logistics and planning. She helped me map out exactly where to stand and how the moment would unfold, and even coordinated with my friends in advance so they could bring a bag of clothes for us to change into after the proposal. Thanks to her preparation, it was incredibly easy to spot her and her team in the park, and everything felt seamless. The photos came out amazing, truly better than we could have hoped for, and she delivered them promptly. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. If you’re looking for a photographer who is talented, accommodating, and genuinely committed to capturing your moment perfectly, Sarah is the one.

You only get one chance to experience your wedding day. Hi, I'm Tristen, a New England wedding photographer. For me, photography has never been about creating moments for the camera. It's about recognizing them as they happen. The way your partner reaches for your hand before the ceremony. The hug from your grandmother that lasts a little longer than expected. The laughter that fills the room when no one realizes they're being photographed.

Tristen was an absolute dream to work with! She is super detail oriented and incredibly kind. She had a detailed questionnaire and met with us a few weeks before the wedding to get to know us and go over the details. She helped us with our cake cutting when the day-of coordinator left us hanging. And she even laid down her own jacket for me to sit on to prevent my dress from getting dirty when we were taking pictures. When we sat down at our table for dinner we saw she had put a developed picture of our first kiss on it! My husband and I are both pretty introverted and camera shy but she made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire day. The photos are so beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I can't recommend her enough!

I'm a 25-year-old photographer with a passion for capturing life's most memorable moments. I'm a wife, avid crafter, and proud dog-mom. With over 7 years of experience behind the lens, I feel truly honored to document the best moments of my clients' lives, allowing them to look back on these cherished memories for years to come. I had the privilege of studying photography at NHIA, where I was accepted with a scholarship. During my three years there, I immersed myself in the world of film and digital photography, working both in the studio and in nature.

Julia and her phototherapy team were amazing. They captured the day perfectly and made the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable. We are so grateful for the beautiful memories they created and highly recommend them!
