He was such a pleasure to meet with ahead of time and asked us tons of questions to really understand our vision for the evening. He was truly a delight and even wore black, per my very annoying request :) He also had me get on the DJ board (just pretending) and it was a huge hit! Very fun, very adaptable! Summit Events Co. uses an app for all of your music and timeline needs and it was SUPER easy to use. It connects to Spotify, Youtube, and a few other platforms so I could just upload my playlists I had already worked on and it made everything really fast. We also got a photobooth which was AMAZING. It's hard to know when planning a wedding what is worth the extra cost but this hands down was worth it. Our attendant was such an angel and multiple people came up to me after to tell me how cool she was! Their pricing is super reasonable - very in line with other vendors I found and Ben was able to accommodate our specific budget while still making our vision come to life. “We were certain we wanted to work with Alex / Toussaint Productions halfway through our introduction call. We immediately knew that Alex would not only show up for us on our wedding day, but he would really get the party started. I think each of us (me, my husband, and Alex) were not sure how or what to expect from our diverse wedding guest list. “Michael Ramos with District Remix kept the dance floor going all night at our wedding! We shared some playlists with him for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and the dance floor, and he completely understood the vibes we were going for and ran with it, working in everything from Irish folk songs to KPop Demon Hunters to Bruce Springsteen. So many guests told us the music felt just like “us” and commented on what a great DJ Michael was. As the bride, I even postponed changing into my “late night” dress because I wanted to spend more time on the dance floor! “DJ Motiv was extraordinary. I was so impressed by his professionalism, communication, and willingness to make sure our night was perfect. I was skeptical at first with some reviews mentioning that the DJ’s weren’t playing the songs they chose. I immediately reached out and that was informed that it would not be an issue. ALL of our chosen music was played, with some song requests of guests (with bride’s approval, per DJ motiv - loved that). DJ Motiv checked in with us constantly, even to make sure our food was at our table, if we needed drinks, if the music was going well, and if there was anything he could do. He was going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I even threw in special requests during my wedding, including him stopping my parent dance half way (on purpose) as if the music turned off, to take the mic and give a short speech. He did it phenomenally. I had a game request, with him being the commentator and director of, and he took that role and ran with it. The wedding guests LOVED him. I have nothing negative to say about his services. Even the photobooth was done great! I also had a custom sign made, with our new last name, and it was perfect! Such a great item to be able keep, and you get a year warranty on it. Anyway, I highly recommend this DJ!! He MADE our wedding perfect. Everyone loved him.”

“Having a band play our Northern Virginia wedding was very important to us. We found Bachelor Boys on Instagram and relished their vibe from the get-go. They felt more personal than the conglomerates with dozens of band. We watched them perform at a showcase in the Baltimore area and loved how they structured their evening with different pairings of band members and instruments - it helped us make an informed decision about the number of instruments we wanted to include. We were wow-ed by Amber at the showcase, and were thrilled to have her emcee our wedding! Communication with the band was very straightforward. We only had a handful of requests, but otherwise, let them play the sets as they saw fit. Truthfully, I can’t remember them taking many breaks because it felt like they played the whole night! Our guests continue to say how excellent the band was! For the ceremony, the band provided a speaker and a representative to press “play” on our music. We also had a trio perform beautifully at cocktail hour. One fun note: we opted for parent dances, and the band had no issues with my Bruce Springsteen deep cut. The singer even channeled his “Boss” to really sound like Bruce! Our dance floor was full from the start, and we loved the sets they played. “We had the pleasure of working with DJ Wong from MyDeejay. A quick review of MyDeejay: They were excellent to work with. They paired us with DJ Wong after we filled out a quick survey about the vibe we wanted for our wedding, and it was smooth sailing from there. It's clear from working DJ Wong that MyDeejay vets their DJs very well and ensures they're all professional and great to work with. Now for DJ Wong: He's got all of the main things you want in a vendor--professionalism, responsiveness, expertise, etc.), but he goes well above and beyond those standards. He provided ceremony music, background music, reception music, and uplighting, but that's just the starting point of everything he did for us. We were PICKY and we had A LOT of requests, and he accommodated them all flawlessly and eagerly. We requested he alter versions of some of our selected songs to adjust for timing, blending parts of songs together, and very particular transitions between songs. He made everything sound amazing! We had not 1, not 2, but FIVE choreographed dances throughout the evening, and he executed the timing of everything perfectly. The sound was incredible! In addition to that, because we were completely over-the-top for our wedding, DJ Wong so graciously and excitedly fulfilled our request to have KARAOKE at our reception. It was SO MUCH FUN!!! We had a very particular vibe in mind from our wedding--we wanted our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner to be classy and jazzy, and then for the reception dancing we wanted a mix of Pop anthems from the past 3 decades--DJ Wong understood the assignment perfectly! We were also at a very large venue and he had to provide sound across many different areas throughout the evening, but he came fully prepared and did an excellent job. We received so many compliments about the ambience for the entire evening, and we attribute that to him! On top of everything else, DJ Wong is an excellent MC and can read a room flawlessly. The singer Karlea was phenomenal and did an amazing job of keeping our guests engaged and entertained. The musicians were all courteous, professional, and exceptionally talented. They dressed appropriately for our wedding theme and many of the guests at the Hawthorne Hotel wanted to take pictures with Karlea in her Twenties attire. In addition to being a wonderful experience, they were also a great value for the price. These are top quality musicians and we paid a reasonable price for the band. I highly recommend this group for your wedding.”
