My name is Saleshia Staton and Splash by Sas and I originated out of North Carolina. Started as something small with helping out with events here and there and I wanted to perfect my craft. I started booking events and working on how to be a better event planner, mixologist, caterer, decorator, etc. etc. all of the above to make sure my clients are receiving the best services and the best and high quality that they are looking for.

As the mobile catering extension of the esteemed local brand Inizio Pizza, we specialize in offering authentic wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizza crafted with genuine ingredients sourced from Italy. Each pizza is meticulously prepared on-site, ensuring a fresh and delightful experience for your guests. Stay tuned for the introduction of our pasta menu, scheduled to debut in Fall 2024!

In March of 2019 I graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York focusing on health supportive cuisine. Jazzy’s Kitchen ATL, LLC. was founded by owner Chef Jaz. She noticed her passion for cooking at a young age. Growing up she loved being the “little helper” in the kitchen.
