Major changes are happening in downtown Marshall as the long-vacant building at 112 N. Eagle Street transforms. The new Venue 19 Zero 9, named after Schuler’s founding year in 1909, will occupy the historic Dreamers Furniture store, blending Schuler’s legacy with modern elegance for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. Our historic barn and farmhouse originally built in 1850, is a blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. We preserved the barn’s character by using reclaimed wood from the second floor to create a charming front porch for the barn and a rustic chapel with bell. You may choose your own caterer or we can gladly recommend some. We also offer a large decor rental package and a photo booth at an additional cost.
