Cassandra was such a perfect coordinator for my wedding! I discussed potential family issues that may arise on the day of the wedding (which did almost come to fruition), and her answer for how she’d handle the situation was what sealed the deal for me. She made sure my day went off perfectly. Absolutely perfectly. Literally nothing went wrong. I was fully prepared for the old saying of “something always goes wrong at a wedding” to happen. It never did. Cassandra made sure everything was just flawless. I also hired her for setup the day of, and she was able to take my DIY decor and make it look so classy and perfect for the vibe I wanted. She was super responsive every time I had a question and even made suggestions that were outside the box, but really enhanced the day and made it extra special. Our dream started becoming a reality when we planned our first event back in 2016, a Disney Movie Marathon Party. A couple years after that, Alanna got engaged and knew she was going to plan her own wedding with the help of her fiancé and Cheyenne and turn her dream wedding into a dream come true. I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! Serenity Events was the perfect wedding planning team for our big day. From the very beginning, Autumn was incredibly efficient, thorough, and upbeat in her communication style. We gave Autumn a run for her money as our wedding venue was Rob parents house that was under construction until a couple days before our wedding day. The day our of wedding, the ceremony was supposed to be lake side. Well, its Florida and it rained. So, yet again plans had to be changed. But, Autumn had a plan for every scenario, which allowed us to stay relaxed and simply enjoy our special day. Felicia was hands down the best wedding decision we made. We planned a small, intimate wedding (10 people) and initially thought we could keep it simple and DIY—but quickly realized our venue only handled food. Everything else (ceremony setup, rentals, tablescapes, logistics, and day-of execution) was on us, and it became overwhelming fast. Felicia stepped in and handled full-service planning, design, coordination, and officiating—and made the entire process feel effortless. I gave her a general vision, and she elevated it into something far beyond what I could have created on my own. What truly sets her apart is how she handles challenges. In the final week, our venue created multiple issues (including scheduling a band in our reception space and restricting items we had planned). Felicia managed everything behind the scenes—coordinating with the band to incorporate our music (including our first and last dances) and advocating for us with the venue—so we didn’t have to deal with any of it. Despite the complications, our day felt completely relaxed and joyful. She also connected us with incredible vendors at a great value and created a clear, organized timeline and planning packet that made everything easy to follow. She was incredibly transparent on pricing, and the value she delivered—both in her services and vendor recommendations—was exceptional. On the wedding day, she ran the timeline seamlessly—adjusting on the fly when we were delayed—so we could fully enjoy the moment without stress. Hiring Natalie as our month-of coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My only regret is not bringing her on for partial planning, because she was that incredible. I was extremely stressed throughout the planning process, but once we hit that one-month mark, Natalie completely transformed the experience. She consistently checked in when I fell behind on responses, took the lead in every vendor meeting, and offered thoughtful suggestions for our timeline and all the little details that truly matter. She is so sweet, friendly, and unbelievably on top of everything. I think she could sense how stressed I was about timing, and she constantly reassured me throughout the day that we were right on schedule, which I appreciated more than she knows. She followed every direction perfectly when setting up our décor and made sure the entire day ran SO smoothly. At the end of the night all our things were packed, organized and ready to be loaded in the car by my family. Natalie was the best addition to our day, and I am endlessly grateful we found her. 1000/10. Do yourself a favor and hire her! You will not regret it.

On the big day, there was a chance of rain before the outdoor ceremony. Lauren knew how important it was to me to keep the ceremony outside, and she managed the situation with such grace. She had both indoor and outdoor setups ready in case a last-minute change was needed. By the grace of God, it didn’t rain, but Lauren’s calm demeanor and preparedness kept me at ease. Overall, Lauren went above and beyond for us. If you want a smooth, stress-free wedding, beautiful decor setup, a structured and organized coordinator, and a supportive friend along the way, you should absolutely hire her. 10/10!

Leading up to our wedding, she was very dutiful in organizing (and staying on top of) our vendors to ensure everything was in order for our wedding at The Howey Mansion in Howey-in-the-hills, FL. She was very resourceful the day before our wedding, handling and transporting all of our intricate wedding details. She even went above and beyond in handling our signage with care, enough so that she had to fix a few things for us to ensure they were “show” ready. It was extremely appreciated and clear that she really cared about our big day and wanted it to be perfect. Something that really stood out to me was how she handled my anxieties, always keeping me at ease and letting me know that she had it under control.
