The meticulously restored 18th-century English barn is 4,200 sf and includes two finished bathrooms, a catering area, and a 1000 sf bluestone cocktail patio. The rental of the Handsome Hollow venue also includes two nights for six in the elegantly restored 19th-century farmhouse. Celebrate in our temperature-controlled 1891 barn with a four-foot disco ball, gather around the bonfire, and stay onsite in our 1747 farmhouse. 2027 Wedding Weekend Venue Fees are $13,500 off-season (Nov-April + July) and $16,500 prime season (May-June and Aug-Oct). A two-night farmhouse stay ($1,200/night) and 15% service fee apply; your welcome event has no additional site fee. Most couples plan for an overall wedding budget (including all outside vendors and services) of approximately $55,000–$100,000+.
