We offer both indoor and outdoor settings. You may stage your ceremony on a high ridge overlooking the Delaware River or nestled among the apple and pear trees. You may serve lunch or dinner in our award-winning Tasting Room or our elegant Wedding Tent. Our Executive Chef, Edwyn Ferrari, has created seasonal catering menus that pair perfectly with our ciders. Included in the wedding package is a 2-night stay in our Old Ross House. Our team will help you curate the perfect menu that highlights our farm-to-table Roman-style cuisine. Each season we host a select number of private events ranging from work retreats, to luncheons, to rehearsal dinners & weddings. Each event is curated by our management team, our events coordinator, and executive chef. We offer traditional Roman-style cuisine inspired by the seasons in a casual family-style format.
