Their communication was clear and informative throughout the entire planning process, making every decision feel simple and stress-free. What really set them apart was how they worked with our coordinator on the day-of. They helped set up the space and guided us on flow, so everything ran smoothly. When small things needed to be adjusted throughout the night, those things were communicated to us, we were presented with a backup plan, and it never took away from our experience. The venue itself is truly stunning, and it's rare to find a space that's already so beautiful on its own without needing a ton of extra decorations. The food and drinks were wonderful, shoutout to the chefs. They really have guest experience nailed down. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or a more helpful group of people to work with. Of special note, we had many sober guests and they allowed us to supply La Croix for them (which Arrowhead doesn’t normally stock). This was very kind of them to do and allowed our guests who were not drinking to be comfortable at our wedding. “TLDR: I cannot recommend Applewood enough as a wedding venue. If I could give them 6 stars I would!! Morgan, Konnie, Glenda and their team were attentive, communicative, transparent and kind from the moment we toured the venue through the end of our big day. Things we loved about them: *Excellent communication: for a year (June - June) Morgan and her team answered all of our questions promptly, we felt very in-the-loop and reassured at all times that our event and our people were being taken care of. * Day-of coordination is worth the price a million times over - Konnie is a BOSS and really knows what she’s doing. She kept everyone organized, brought up details we wouldn’t have even thought of, contributed creative ideas, showed us and our families such kindness and support leading up to our event and all throughout it - made everything flow smoothly and helped everyone feel confident. *Pricing was transparent: every cost was up front, no hidden fees, Morgan was very communicative about every aspect of the sales process and answered all of our questions clearly. We found the all-in price to be very fair and reasonable compared to similar venues we got quotes from. *The food was delicious, the event space itself was beautiful and well set-up for weddings (we had 170 people), the staff were all very professional and efficient.

We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and CO Springs. Opened in 2004, The Grange seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary amenities. Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please note we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. “Hosted a wedding for 80 people at The Grange and it was perfect! Beautiful building and covered outdoor space. Great options to customize the space included having the large garage style doors open, gas fireplaces, heaters, adjustable lighting, variety of table sizes, plenty of chairs and a sound system. The kitchen and bar area were great since the party was self-catered. The Grange staff was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this venue and the price cannot be beat!”

My wife and I own a DJ & coordination company that frequents The Oaks as well as 100 other venues in Colorado. They always deliver exceptional weddings, are easy to work with, and simply do a better job then most of them. From the outside looking in, it is absolutely stunning and has multiple spaces that give off different, but elegant vibes for several styles of photos. What you don't see is what truly makes this venue special. Let's start with the team. They are absolutely phenomenal and every member has one mission in mind, provide the best possible experience and service to their clients. They are thoughtful, preemptive, and passionate about what they do and it shows. Whether it's a couple getting married, their grandmother, or a random guest. They all get treated like royalty. Then there's the food. Chef Rhett and his team are the best-of-the-best. Every single meal we've had there is truly exceptional.
