Awarded Best of Zola
The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge was beautiful! We got married this past weekend, and it was the best day of our lives! We worked with Nevaeh and she was a pleasure to work with! She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot haha), and made sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. The mountain views are unbeatable, and your guests will be in "aw" of the backdrop. Our out of town guests were mesmorized by the views. You won't regret booking this venue for your wedding!

The team at Fleming Arts Center was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication style was easy, clear, and down-to-earth, making the planning process seamless. The venue itself was elegant and homey, with a large and easy-to-use space that accommodated our 60 guests perfectly. The highlight was the beautiful grand piano, which allowed my brother to play our processional music and made the ceremony extra special. Bradyn, our main point of contact, was wonderful to work with and ensured our wedding day went off without a hitch. We are so grateful to the Fleming Arts Center team for helping create the wedding of our dreams.

Robinswood House

Bellevue, WA
  • Up to 200 guests

Robinswood House is a beautiful renovation of an 1895 homestead with log house and cabana set in lush landscape. Our two spacious patios and sunken garden offer a flower filled summer wedding site for up to 200 guests. The warm and cozy furnished house, with added cabana, provides an intimate setting for weddings of approximately 60 people. Fireplaces, wood floors, paned windows, sweeping views of Robinswood Park, dancing under the stars, and privacy are just a few of the details you will find.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Provides a dedicated team on-site
  • Natural elegance with open spaces
  • Provides lighting and sound

Venue considerations

  • No free parking
  • No venue-provided food services
  • Not wheelchair accessible
From start to finish, Robinswood House was an absolute dream. It is hard to imagine a venue that offers more in one place. You have gorgeous PNW woods just a two-minute walk across a beautiful grassy field, a small lake, a sunken garden, a wonderful gathering space for guests before the ceremony that seamlessly transforms into the perfect cocktail-hour spot and then a dance floor, plus a beautiful separate space for dinner. The indoor buffet area has plenty of room for dinner service, cake, and a dessert buffet. Every part of the property photographs beautifully, and the entire day flows naturally from one space to another. And then there are Joanna and Mike. They are absolute miracle workers and know this venue inside and out. Throughout the planning process, I never felt nickel-and-dimed. Their rental prices are beyond reasonable, and after seeing how much work they personally put into each event, I honestly think what they do is undervalued. They care about the details, and it shows. Robinswood House also handles all alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages, and the care they put into the bar was incredible. We had multiple scheduled walkthroughs and meetings, including working with them to get our batched signature cocktails exactly right. The cocktails ended up being one of the highlights of our wedding. On the wedding day, when I was having a stressed-out moment, Joanna appeared with a Diet Coke and a smile and reassured me that everyone was having a wonderful time and the day was beautiful. It was a small gesture, but exactly what I needed in that moment. The string lights they hung made every photo look magical. The linens were perfect. At one point the bar line looked long, but it moved at lightning speed. They were attentive to guests and handled venue policies professionally and kindly. When a few guests tried to bring their own NA drinks inside, they calmly explained the policy and kept everything moving without making it awkward. One thing couples should know is that Robinswood House does not provide a designated wedding coordinator, so you may want to arrange for one separately. That said, Joanna and Mike were incredibly on top of everything that was their responsibility. They kept up with our schedule beautifully, required no reminders from us, and were consistently attentive throughout the day. My advice to future couples: contact them as soon as you are eligible to reserve your date (I believe around 18 months out), give them a detailed timeline, and communicate promptly. They are busy for a reason, and good communication goes both ways. The only minor logistical stressor was that our rehearsal date and time couldn't be confirmed until about 30 days beforehand, which was tricky with wedding-party members flying in. Ultimately, though, it worked out just fine. I genuinely cannot imagine a more beautiful, smooth, or magical wedding day than the one we had at Robinswood House. There are always little things you might change looking back on a wedding, but the venue would never be one of them. I wish we could have another wedding there immediately! Joanna, Mike, and Robinswood House deserve every beautiful, busy wedding season ahead of them. We simply cannot speak highly enough of this place or the people who make it so special.

Issaquah venues showcase stunning views of Mount Rainier, Tiger and Squak Mountains right from their ceremony lawns. You'll love how many properties incorporate natural water elements into their settings; from the peaceful creekside ceremony spaces at Fox Hollow Farm to venues with serene lake access. These spaces typically feature wooden arbors, flagstone bars and cathedral ceilings that highlight authentic Pacific Northwest architecture. Don't worry about the region's famous rain either; most venues offer heated indoor spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows so your celebration stays perfect regardless of weather.

Most couples book their Issaquah wedding venues 13 months before their wedding date; that's 378 days of planning time. November sees the most inquiries while summer weekend dates from June through September book fastest. If you're dreaming of a peak season celebration, you'll want to secure your date 15-18 months ahead of time.

How Do Issaquah Venues Handle Remote Participation?

Most Issaquah venues offer standard Wi-Fi and streaming capabilities for your remote guests. If you're seeking enhanced remote experiences, consider IslandWood just 35 minutes from Seattle with its innovative approach to virtual participation. Trinity Tree Farm and Fox Hollow Farm can also be adapted with proper planning and tech support to give your remote guests an experience that goes beyond simple streaming. When booking, ask about dedicated Wi-Fi bandwidth, AV capabilities, multiple camera setup options and whether they have on-site coordinators experienced with hybrid events. This will help ensure all your guests feel included regardless of where they're celebrating from.
