“Emerald Ridge made every part of our weekend so perfect and special. This location and views are absolutely STUNNING. The owners truly cared so much and made our day magical. Their organization and communication are both top notch. We recommend using the coordinator at the venue, Malorie, as she was the true MVP and knows every detail at this venue back to front. We booked the no rush weekend and used the venue for our rehearsal as well. Our dog stayed with us all weekend as well which made us feel right at home. All in all we couldn’t be happier and enjoyed every minute here.”

“TLDR - This is the best wedding venue I have ever been to, and I am so lucky it was the one we chose. If you're considering getting married here, DO IT! We were married at Henderson Acres on October 10, 2026, when heavy rain, wind, and chillier temperatures swept through the area. In the days leading up to our wedding, and especially that morning, I genuinely didn't know how we would pull off the outdoor wedding we'd spent so long planning. I was devastated, as I think any bride would be. But aside from marrying my husband, what I'll remember most is how incredible the team at Henderson Acres was. The staff went above and beyond despite circumstances outside anyone's control. The moment the rain stopped, they were outside moving chairs, wiping everything down, and doing everything they could so we could still have our ceremony outdoors. As I was getting my hair & makeup done, a very nice bottle of champagne was sent to the bridal suite, knowing how stressed I was about the weather. I'll let the photos we've received so far speak for themselves. It was absolutely beautiful! While our day didn't look exactly how I'd envisioned it, I was overwhelmed with gratitude for everyone who worked so hard to make it special. As someone who spent an embarrassing amount of time meticulously planning where everything would go for our cocktail hour and reception, I was especially nervous about moving everything indoors because it meant my plans went out the window. But when I saw the reception space, it was absolutely gorgeous. Somehow, the team made it all come together beautifully, all on their own, despite the last-minute changes. And I can't write this review without mentioning how stunning the venue itself is. The mountain views are breathtaking, but the house is every bit as beautiful. Every part of the property is gorgeous, and it truly feels like such a special place to get married. I don't think we had a single conversation with our guests where someone didn't mention how beautiful the venue was! We received so many compliments, and it made me happy knowing everyone else was just as blown away by Henderson Acres as we were. Our experience with Henderson Acres was wonderful long before our wedding day, too. When we booked, we lived in New Hampshire and couldn't visit in person. That meant Brett, the owner, received more texts, calls, and questions from me than I could count. He was consistently responsive, patient, accommodating, and genuinely wonderful to work with. Planning from hundreds of miles away can be stressful, but Brett made it so much easier. I also cannot say enough wonderful things about Brian and the entire team on our wedding day. From making everything come together beautifully despite the weather to the drivers who shuttled our guests from the parking lot in the pouring rain, every person played a part in making our day unforgettable. Their hard work, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Every couple hopes their wedding day will be perfect, and sometimes that means accepting that perfect might look different from what you imagined. Our day would have been special anywhere, but because we chose Henderson Acres, it was so much more. We got married in hurricane-like weather, and because of them, I wouldn't change a thing! I will forever be grateful to Brett, Brian, and everyone at Henderson Acres for giving us the most beautiful wedding day. I truly cannot recommend this venue enough!”

“From our very first tour to the actual day, Weaver House was the perfect fit for us. Alexandra and her team absolutely knocked it out of the park. They were incredibly detail oriented and helpful every step of the way. Alexandra provided so much to make our experience as memorable and easy as possible. We ended up picking vendors from the list they provided and it did not disappoint. Not only is the venue itself gorgeous - but the people that work there truly make this place special. If we had to get married again I would do it exactly the same. The food was absolutely incredible - hands down the best dining we've had a wedding. All of our guests could not stop raving about their dinner and drinks. We got to carefully curate our menu with the help of their chefs. We were able to suggest ideas for dishes and fine tune every little detail - even the presentation! I could write an entire manifesto about this place and how grateful we are to have found it. Their team executed my vision to a tee and helped save me money along the way with their professional tips and tricks. They provided a lot - more than most wedding venues do. We were able to use all of there tables, chairs, table numbers, floating candle votives, and more. If you are looking to get married in the Asheville area you HAVE to check this place out. There is no other place like it - from the gorgeous one of a kind Japanese garden to the superb staff, I cannot recommend this place enough. We have already talked about renewing our vows here in 10 years thats how much we love it. Do yourself a favor and book this place now!!! Thank you to Alexandra, Joey, and everyone else at WH for making this process and day the best of our entire lives.”

“From our first tour, Haiku I Do stood out as anything but a cookie cutter venue. Jennifer (Head Coordinator giving us a solid first impression of the Haiku Team, like a mother who you KNOW is going to take care of you) and Kimberly (our Day-of Coordinator who started working with us 3 months out and was a godsend) made the whole planning process smooth with their timely check-ins and thoughtful guidance. They provided a solid vendor list - every recommendation came through as Haiku advocated for us to our vendors to make sure they understood our vision and all logistics. The space itself has that whimsical, vintage charm with beautiful green areas and flexible indoor-outdoor options, but what really impressed us was how the team worked with us to make it feel personal and ours with all 140 of our guests taken care of! They delivered exactly what we envisioned for our day with that special Asheville character woven throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to work with us. We love Haiku!!!”

The quality of their work and overall value was unbeatable - the natural backdrop was simply beautiful and provided an unbelievable setting for our special day. They made it so easy for us - the chairs and tables were set up elegantly, and the staff guided all of our guests to their locations with such positive attitudes and kindness. “If I were to tell you my true feelings about Twisty Maple and event manager Jessie, you would probably think I'm obsessed and I would probably run out of characters. So read this review with the idea that I'm working on 50% capacity here. Twisty Maple was absolutely, positively the best venue my partner and I could have picked to host our family and friends for a wedding ceremony and celebration. It felt like a home away from home, not only because my family set up shop and stayed in the house for a week leading up to our wedding; but also because of the warmth and care that guests can feel built into every inch of the place. My partner and I chose Twisty as our venue as soon as we had a virtual call and tour with Jessie, before we had even seen the space in person. We we so immediately at ease with Jessie, who already felt like a family friend, and could tell that she cared deeply about the home and property. Jesse and the Twisty team genuinely want to share the space with folks, evidenced by a willingness to host atypical activities (I was at one point convinced I wanted an on-site smoker for a whole hog and Jessie was totally game) and offering of a garageful of event decor at no cost (including signage, bud vases, candle holders, baskets, barrels, and SO much more). Leading up to the big day, Jessie graciously offered her contact information to my and my partner's moms for any logistical questions related to the home rental, which helped enormously in saving time and stress. We were greeted by a welcome sign with the names of family members staying at the home and a thoughtful gift basket with goodies for my partner and I, including keepsake Twisty Maple mugs which are adorable. It was so great to have the space leading up to our event for family time and DIY-ing and resting. I am so grateful to Jessie for sharing Twisty Maple with my family and friends. The space will forever hold such a special space in my heart and I hope you, dear reader, have the opportunity to make unforgettable memories here too.”

“The folks at Cardinals Nest were absolutely amazing! They let us stop by a few times to check out the venue and walked around with us to show all of the fixes they were doing. They were genuinely so sweet and welcoming and it was great to have their experienced input on how we should decorate and arrange the space. We had some bad weather the morning of so we unfortunately had the walls of the tent down but they actually opened it up for me once the rain passed because they knew I wanted to! Even with the rain the venue managed wonderfully with a pavilion for the ceremony and the tent for the reception.”

“The Trillium is even more beautiful than the pictures! We booked this venue over a year from our wedding without seeing it in person just based on the reviews and our virtual tour. They host open houses for couples that have booked and we got to experience the magic in February for our November wedding at this open house that allowed us to explore the space and see where we would get married! Everyone is so communicative, accommodating, and professional! They do multiple check-ins and keep the space clean! Even on my wedding day, we noticed that they would tidy up our bridal suites throughout the day! The biggest compliment I can give is for the view! Absolutely breathtaking!! Our guests were blown away and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding day!”

“Something Blue Mountain Venue was our first and only choice for our wedding venue. The views are breathtaking and it is like nature herself decided to give the perfect frame for every photo. The owner Lisa is wonderful and really makes it incredibly easy to show up and enjoy! She gave the best recommendations for vendors. Recent renovations even made a fully enclosed bar area perfect for sipping and staying warm in the winter. We had 35 people and it was the perfect size even though 35 was the maximum number of guests. Overall, not a chance in a million years I would prefer any other venue. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend. Thanks Lisa!”
