About this venue

Conley Farms at Big Creek is an Authentic Tobacco Barn that we converted and opened as a venue in 2019. The Barn sits creek-side and is surrounded by hay fields offering the ultimate in privacy and space. The feel is very park like with magnificent trees and nature all around you. We are very popular for sunset photography. 1000's of string lights grace the property making nighttime especially magical. The Farm is home to several Airbnbs which make it very nice for your traveling guests. This is a family owned venue and we work very hard insuring your day is all you dreamed of. Included is use of a Bridal house with a dressing Room for the Guys and the Gals.

Full Weekend Packages offer you a full Friday for decorating and rehearsal etc. Making Saturday (wedding day) so much less hectic and enjoyable. Guesthouse that sleeps 12 is included for Friday and Saturday night.

Description

Use of Venue for any 1 day. Move in 10 AM and Move out 11 PM same day. With this package we do offer a 1 hour rehearsal one evening ( at venues availability ) the week before the event. This is very doable but, does require some serious planning.

Yes we do have accessible facilities.
We are beer and wine only, Tn laws requires a licensed bartender and we require liquor liability insurance. We do have a preferred bartender.
We have unlimited parking. We also allow drop off at barn for people with mobility issues.
We are closed to events from late November to Mid April

One Day Rentals 10 AM-11PM Full Weekend 10AM (Friday) to 9 AM (Sunday)
Bookings are secured with a nonrefundable deposit of $1500. Balance on packages are due 90 days before an event. Any monies paid are nonrefundable. We do allow 1 date change at no fee if we have a date available.
The closest airport is Tri Cities in Johnson City, TN. The next closest would be Knoxville. Our address is 539 Bray Rd, Surgoinsville TN 37873
We provide table seating for up to 240 guests and have 300 total chairs. We set tables and chairs up for you and take them down. We provide golf cart service on the day of the event from 1.5 hours before until end of night. Parking attendant and general helper are on hand until the I do's are said. We have an extensive amount of Venue owned decor that is free to use as well as 3 Arbors to choose from. Every booking gets use of the Bridal house where we have changing rooms for both the Guys and the Gals.
Only if you are having a bar. In that instance liquor liability insurance is required.
