Events at Judson Mill is home to two gorgeous wedding & event venues and two outdoor courtyard spaces in a refurbished textile mill. The Annex offers a light, airy, and open feel with 16-foot ceilings, historic mill windows for plenty of natural lighting, original timber beams, 100-year-old exposed brick masonry, original hardwood floors, graceful chandeliers, and remote-controlled doors for a grand wedding entrance. The Smokestack offers your guests an intimate 3,200 square feet of event space, suitable for weddings and events up to 175 attendees. The venue's historical feel stems from its gorgeous exposed brick architecture, freshly finished concrete floors, and beautiful ironwork incorporated into the building's elegant design. Just outside the grand double doors, you'll find the South Courtyard–an outdoor event space perfect for mingling during cocktail hour or dancing the night away. THE ANNEX

Defined by its 100-year-old brick masonry, original timber beams, refinished hardwood floors, and 16-foot mill windows for beautiful natural light.

Weddings can have ceremony and reception on two sides of the room, divided by ivory theatrical curtains. We can also host your ceremony outdoors, leaving you room for a guest reception indoors. This space includes family-style restrooms, a full catering kitchen, and other event essentials. There is plenty of free parking on-site. Weddings get access to our 1-bedroom apartment for overnight accommodations and getting ready. You'll also have access to our inventory of furniture and decor.

        Our Dream Wedding in The Annex

        My husband and I got married in the Annex in November of 2024. Events at Judson Mill was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was detailed, timely, and incredibly friendly. The whole team went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. The Annex is a beautiful venue, and we couldn't have asked for a better wedding day. Thanks to the amazing Events at Judson Mill team, we had an unforgettable celebration that was also an incredible value for the price.

        Wonderful people to work with! The team there was always very professional and knowledgeable. We worked specifically with Ali as our coordinator, and she was great! Would definitely recommend.

      Our spaces can be in booked in 6, 8 or 10-hour blocks of time. All Saturday events and weddings are required to book 10-hour blocks of time. Your time block allows for all set-up, event time, and break-down. We recommend you leave at least two hours for set-up and 1 1/2 hours to break down. If you have your ceremony on-site, we bump you up to a 12-hour block.
      When you come in for a tour, your sales representative will put together an estimate for you that includes your room rental fees, bar and beverage service, equipment rentals, and any other incidental fees. From that you will need to guarantee a minimum guest count and invoice amount. If your event is 8+ months out, you'll need to put down a 25% deposit with another 25% due at the 8 month mark, 3 month mark, and 1 month mark.
      We accept cash, checks, and electronic checks. We do accept all major credit cards with a 3% processing fee. Payments should be mailed to us.
      ​We've been at this long enough to know that damages do happen, so we ask that all our clients put down a $500 security deposit. The security deposit is built into your deposit schedule, and is returned to you, less any damages or additional charges, 45 days after your event.
      Since we are a high-volume venue (over 300 events a year!), we have a large sales team dedicated to answering our phones and emails as quickly as possible. We will assign you an event specialist about two months before your event. At that point you would work with this one person to finalize your event details.
      ​There is plenty of free on-site parking available to all venue guests and vendors on a first-come, first-serve basis. Clients are also able to hire valet or shuttle services if they would like as well.
      ​We love our furry friends and you are welcome to include them in your wedding ceremony! To ensure your dog(s) and guests have a great experience we do have some guidelines. A client may include up to 2 dogs in their ceremony. Dogs are only allowed in the ceremony area and must be taken home after the ceremony and photos has ended.
      We always staff your event with 1-2 Venue Managers, at least one security guard, and the appropriate number of bartenders, if you ordered a bar service. The Venue Manager is responsible for taking care of the building and making sure you get everything you contracted through us.
      We have put together a fantastic list of experienced musicians, photographers, florists, bakers, and other services that you are free to choose from. We do ask that you choose vendors from this list since they are all familiar with our policies and we trust that they will work hard to make your event a huge success.
      Liquid Catering is our exclusive bar and beverage provider. Although you can't bring in your own alcohol, they can customize any package you like for an affordable price. We do have a beverage minimum on Friday and Saturday. Ask about our signature cocktails or a champagne greet!
      Absolutely! Our sales team can walk you through your options for an indoor or outdoor ceremony. There is a $500 fee for a ceremony on site. This includes an additional two hours of space rental, staff to reset the space, and a one hour rehearsal (based on availability).
      Of course we are! Whatever your faith or sexual orientation, we do not discriminate against anyone who wants to celebrate their big event with us.
      We can accommodate a large range of events from 25-1,500 guests. The capacity for your event will depend on the spaces you book and your seating arrangement. Generally speaking, The Smokestack can accommodate 25-200 guests. The Annex can accommodate 100-500 guests, while both spaces combined can go up to 1,500
      Yes! Each venue has an allotted inventory of tables & chairs that includes access to Willow banquet chairs, round & rectangle banquet tables, hand crafted farmhouse tables, high-top cocktail tables and more. Additional tables, china, stages, and tablecloths can be added to your quote for an additional fee.
