The Venue at Ballenger Bridge

The complete Ballenger Bridge wedding-day experience, paired with Hydrangea, Gardenia, or Azalea by guest count. Includes planning and coordination, catering, professional bartending, DJ and sound, fresh florals, cake, tables, chairs, standard poly linens and napkins, venue décor, setup, two private getting-ready rooms, and ordinary post-event cleanup, with up to 10 hours of property access. Photography, videography, alcohol, and officiant are not included.

Everything in the Wedding Day Experience, plus exclusive use of both private onsite homes for two nights: the night before and wedding night. The Cabin sleeps 6 and Lodge up to 20, for up to 26 overnight guests combined. Normal lodging cleaning is included; a $75 pet fee applies per house where pets stay. Back Lawn ceremony option included. Outside wedding-day access, guaranteed venue use is limited to lodging areas unless otherwise available.

Everything in the Weekend Experience, plus a private-event wedding weekend from noon the day before through 2 PM the day after. No other weddings, tours, or booked events are scheduled during that window. Venue spaces may be used for reasonable wedding-weekend gatherings without an additional property-rental charge, with guaranteed ceremony-site rehearsal access. Normal property operations may still occur. Added services, staffing, rentals, or specialty activities may cost extra.

Everything in the Heritage Weekend Experience, plus Legacy meal service: a staffed rehearsal dinner for up to 35 including the couple, wedding-day refreshments for the wedding party, and a farewell brunch for up to 35 including the couple. Dinner includes tables, chairs, standard linens and non-alcoholic beverages; bar service is not included. Brunch is drop-and-go with beverages and reheating instructions; the group handles setup, serving and cleanup. Extra guests may cost more; menus TBD.
