About this venue
We offer two distinct venue spaces to fit different event styles and experiences. The The L is located in the heart of downtown Greenville and accommodates up to 250 guests. This elevated brick venue offers a sophisticated atmosphere and is conveniently within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, and downtown attractions. The The Sawmill offers a more rustic setting with a versatile indoor-outdoor layout. The space can seat up to 200 guests comfortably, with additional outdoor space that works especially well for cocktail-style events and more flexible gathering formats.

An iconic building in the heart of downtown Greenville!
A modern, elevated space right on Broad Street, perfect if you’re going for a more classic, lively downtown feel. It comfortably hosts up to 150 for ceremony + reception, 200 seated if your ceremony is offsite and up to 300 for a cocktail style reception. The L includes a cocktail hour space, an intimate private room for getting ready and has onsite parking!

From our first conversation with Larkin's Catering & Events, we knew we had found the right venue. The team responded to every question within hours and kept us informed throughout the entire planning process. They were flexible and accommodating with our budget, working with us to customize nearly every detail of our reception without compromising on the clean, classy aesthetic we wanted.
