Samantha Benamati Moss is the owner of rsvp wedding coordination, B & R Events, and Southern Gala. Her journey as a wedding planner and designer began in 2006 with B & R Events and progressed into producing fundraisers for NAMI Greenville and Tell Every Amazing Lady about Ovarian Cancer with their sister company, Southern Gala. rsvp wedding coordination is pleased to announce that they were the winner of the National Association of Catering and Events Best Event Planner of 2017 for Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina.

Samantha’s team of wedding coordinators, wedding directors, and assistants have over 40 years combined experience in the hospitality industry. Samantha is dedicated to her work and clients and invests her time in making every event a success for each client. Her attention to detail is outstanding, which as lead her companies to win many professional awards and accolades from her clients.

Description	Utilizing our sister company, B&R events, the Audrey package includes consultation, referral and negotiation of all vendors, suggestions for attire and décor, and implementation of all elements of your event. This package is ideal for couples with half of their vendors booked, but need help executing their vision. Includes unlimited emails, calls and five personal consultations. Includes all elements of month of coordination.	Utilizing our sister company B&R Events, The Grace package, is an all-inclusive package for couples. It offers consultations, expert advice, to ensure the couple and guests are well taken care of. Perfect for busy couples, it covers all wedding elements, vendors, and design, with unlimited emails, calls, and personal consultations. Includes services from partial planning and month of coordination.	rsvp coordination offers four package options, Kate, Lucy, Liz and Vivien. Each package option offers a getting to know you session, wedding day outline, two rehearsal hours, and contact with Samantha. Package options range from $800-$1600. Some packages include a personal consultation with Samantha, assistant coordinator, set up/ tear down, and different day of wedding hours, 4-10.

Beautiful day!
Sam was very communicative throughout the entire process, especially over text which made it super convenient to bounce ideas back and forth in the planning process. Sarah was our day-of girl and she made me feel so taken care of the entire day! But just as an important note for brides, she will ask a ton of clarifying questions to you during the reception (ex: is now an okay time to pass out desserts? Do you want to start the bouquet toss now?) and in the moment I didn’t care because I was in cloud 9, but in hindsight those are things she should have known before and not had to ask me during my wedding. The rehearsal kinda felt frantic and a little all over the place. There were important aspects of our ceremony we made sure to speak about during our video sessions leading up to the wedding that were totally forgotten and made to feel like they were discussed. She had us bring all of our ceremony stuff to the rehearsal but then she forgot to pick it up. They figured out a way to get it, but if I wouldn’t have texted about it, it would’ve been totally forgotten. My feedback for the zoom videos leading up to the day is that she should have shared her screen while taking notes just so we could all be on the same page about what was being documented so it was correct, because there were a few mix-ups there. Overall they were great, just wanted to make note of a few of the feedback pieces we had. But they had a great inventory of table numbers, reserve signs, vases, etc. which was great! They also did a walk through of the venue beforehand and met the venue coordinator which was great. They did a wonderful job of communicating with all of my vendors during the process too which took a huge weight off my shoulders.

Great Experience!
RSVP was great to work with! They were responsive and helpful through the planning process. Myself and my husband, our families, and our wedding party could just relax and enjoy the day which was exactly what we wanted! Would definitely recommend.
