Do you learn new songs?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We’re happy to learn almost any piece you’d like and take special requests all the time. We do charge an extra $30 per requested song outside of our repertoire list/setlists (if there is existing sheet music that we’re able to use). If the sheet music costs more than $30, the special request will be the cost of the sheet music. If existing sheet must is not available, we will quote for a custom arrangement. This quote will be based on the amount of time it will take to arrange, the number of parts we must write, the size of the ensemble, and the difficulty of the piece. Custom arrangements typically start at $80.

Do you provide music for wedding ceremonies or cocktail receptions?

We offer prelude + ceremony, prelude, ceremony, + cocktail hour, and dinner packages.

Are you fully insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we carry insurance and are easily able to send our certificate your way/add additional insured(s) as needed by your venue.

From classical to pop to oldies/rock and more, we have taken time to create setlists based on what you'd like to hear.

How early do you come to set up?

We typically arrive 45 minutes before the performance begins. Example (based on a 5pm ceremony start time): 3:45pm Arrival 4:30pm Prelude Set (1 Setlist from our website) 5pm Ceremony 1 Hour Cocktail Performance

Do you attend rehearsals?

Accepted Answer

No, we will not attend your wedding rehearsal. We perform for hundreds of events annually, and have created a detailed music questionnaire to be sure that the ensemble/musician knows exactly who is walking to which piece/processional. We often encourage the client to use a pre-existing recording during their rehearsal, as we will keep the song as true to the original tempo/style as possible.
