I’m Madeleine McEntire, pianist/organist and founder of Madeleine’s Musicians. I’ve never loved the typical “About” section—degrees and credentials matter (and yes, I have them), but what matters most is delivering excellence.

After years of teaching and performing, I wanted to create something intentional: a collective built on artistry, reliability, and care. When my dad passed away, it changed how I viewed my work—this business grew from that purpose, bringing music to life beautifully and seamlessly.

    Williams Wedding

    From our first conversation, Madeleine's Musicians understood exactly what we were looking for and stayed responsive throughout the planning process. They arrived early on our wedding day to set up, which gave us peace of mind knowing everything was handled. The ceremony and cocktail hour music they created was absolutely beautiful and set the perfect tone for our celebration.     Madeline is the best

    Madeleine's Musicians made planning our wedding music stress-free from start to finish. They responded quickly to every question and sent us a detailed list of songs they could play, then provided multiple quotes tailored to what we wanted—whether that was piano, violin, or strings. On the day of our wedding, they delivered exactly what we'd hoped for and then some. Their energy was infectious, and they played with such precision that every moment felt perfect. Our default is all black attire! We can customize to a color palette/theme if you prefer just let us know in advance!
All the time! If it's possible to play on the instrumentation you have selected then it will be done!
Yes to both! We will play for as long as you like - if it is several hours we will need breaks and schedule accordingly!
Yes, we have played for a diverse variety of events including a Chinese/American fusion wedding, Jewish Shabbat dinner, Greek Orthodox wedding, Indian wedding, and an 11-person stringed orchestra performance with Elevation Worship!
Yes, we carry insurance and if your venue requires it, can have a copy of our COI sent over!
We provide instrumental amplification (instrumental mics that clip on) and battery operated speakers. We can also provide officiant lapel amplification! For weddings with the piano that Madeleine plays, we provide a baby grand shell to go along with the keyboard to make it extra elegant and beautiful!
We typically arrive an hour before we begin prelude to set up, sound check, and chat with your planner/officiant/etc.
We perform in all styles imaginable - pop, rock, Indie/alt, classical, rap/hip-hop, metal, and more!
We will travel anywhere, anytime and have gone as far as the military base in Havelock, NC which is 6 hours one way!
Don't worry! We have talented transcribers and arrangers who can create a custom arrangement just for you of whatever song you want!
