Enjoy a relaxed, unforgettable evening with your family and friends at The Argot Room, the private event venue for Jargon, a West Asheville restaurant that has been offering seasonal, distinctive and upscale cuisine since 2017. Guests love the unique vintage vibe of the space, cozy conversation areas, and artistic touches. The Argot Room is perfect for reharsal dinners, small wedding receptions, engagement parties, and more. In addition to plenty of room for dining, the space has a full bar, a/v capabilities, and small space for dancing or music performance. Our exquisite food and personable service will make your milestone event memorable and fun!

This space is open and welcoming, but also features two small lounge areas for conversation or quiet. It is versatile, and can be set up for buffets, 3-5 course dinners, cocktail parties, dancing, DJ or band area, game nights and more!

No, due to liquor license restrictions, outside alcohol is not allowed. If you are looking for specific items, we will try our best to provide them.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
Parking is available on the street, in the adjacent neighborhood, or in paid lots nearby.
Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, basic table decor such as runners and candles.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel in advance of your event your deposit of 30% of the estimated cost is forfeited.
