About this venue

Curation’s Event Space is a newly renovated venue in the heart of the 7th Avenue Historic District in Hendersonville, NC. Housed in a beautifully preserved building from the early 1900s, our space combines rustic charm with modern elegance—what we call Rustic Industrial Glam. With flexible configurations and seating for up to 80 guests, it’s the perfect backdrop for both personal celebrations and professional gatherings.

Located in a restored historic building at the corner of 7th Avenue East and Maple Street, Curation’s Event Space features high wood-beamed ceilings, exposed brick, and beautiful original tile from the early 1900s. With modern updates and a splash of glam, the space is perfect for celebrations, business meetings and workshops, or private gatherings.

All deposits are non-refundable. Curations is holding space for the exclusive use by your Group. All cancellations should be made in writing to Curations. Should the entire or partial program be canceled, Curations will refund remaining fees that have been collected according to the following schedule: Within 60 days of event date – 50% Within 30 days of event date – 0%
The Group shall obtain at their sole cost and expense a Special Event Insurance Policy with general liability policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, including coverage for bodily injury, property damage, contractual liability, and personal injury. If spiritous liquor is served a liquor liability policy with coverage limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate is required. Refer to contract terms and conditions for additionall requirements.
