The Poplars at Bearwallow Mountain

Bearwallow Cottage is a short walk from Bearwallow Retreat and beyond The Pavilion and The Grounds. It sits at the highest point on this property of Bearwallow Mountain and has stunning views overlooking the surrounding mountains. Four bedrooms and three full baths suited for 12 guests, the upstairs is an open loft space. Utilize Bearwallow Cottage as the Grooms Quarters on your wedding day. The open large deck is equipped with a gas grill and a new hot tub as of Fall 2019. Enjoy amenities of a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, among others.

The Pavilion is a 1600 square foot open air covered event space built on the property Fall 2019 specifically with your event in mind. A great location for your wedding reception, birthday celebration or family reunion. It provides a back up plan if necessary to have your wedding ceremony inside due to inclement weather. The Pavilion is equipped with two bathrooms, retractable window enclosures, lighting, speakers in each corner, blue tooth, WiFi and multiple electrical outlets. The gorgeous interior wainscoting was crafted from trees that were removed right where The Pavilion now sits. Utilize this space during your extended rental to play corn horn and pickle ball.

Bearwallow Retreat is a large newly constructed home complete in Fall 2019 on Bearwallow Mountain. The home can accommodate 16 guests to sleep in the 5 bedrooms and one pull out couch. Multiple bathrooms throughout and a laundry room. A large deck with mountain views is equipped with a gas grill and a hot tub for your enjoyment. Utilize this home as the bridal suite on the day of your wedding. The cabinets and dining room table that seats 14 are made from trees that were sourced from the direct location the home now sits on.
