The barn is not climate controlled, but fans, open doors, and a breeze are utilized in summer months and portable heaters in cooler months. Rental of the venue is a flat fee and includes taxes, use of chairs, 5' round tables, 8' rectangular tables, cocktail tables, whiskey barrels, patio heaters, bars, refrigerators/freezers, and a bronze arch. Well Wishes Farm, endeavors to allow couples to create the custom wedding of their dreams in a non-hurried fashion. We only host 10 weddings a year, since we give you the whole 31 acres for an entire weekend, as well as provide 5-star overnight accommodations for 30 people. Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 48 farm, the original stone barn of the farm has been lovingly re-purposed into a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast features 4 overnight rooms. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony.
