Included in the venue rental is barn wood tables, white farm house chairs for reception, antique white folding chairs for outdoor ceremonies and pews for indoor ceremonies. “Angela and her family have created such a unique, inviting, and beautiful venue. They treat their couples and vendors with such kindness. And are always available if you need anything. As a photographer, I love working at this venue. And there are a wealth of spots for great photo ops. The care that went into the renovation of this property is next level. Even the bathrooms are well designed with vintage pieces! I love all of the unique vintage touches throughout the property. There is ample space for everyone to get ready. A well lit barn for your ceremony. And an inviting yet spacious dance floor. I love that the party can be indoors, with lounge seating possible outdoors for those who want it. You will not be disappointed hosting your wedding here!”

Located in the heart of Howard County, MD, The Other Barn provides a rustic and charming setting, close to home. Originally a dairy barn, it now provides a unique, elegant, and warm atmosphere perfect for celebrating life's special moments. The Other Barn is ideal for hosting outdoor wedding ceremonies and indoor wedding receptions on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The Other Barn prides itself on being an affordable, local venue, allowing our clients to choose all their own vendors in order to make their dreams a reality on their special day. Clients are required to bring in a licensed caterer of their choice. We offer a full kitchen, a large ice machine, and ice chests. We will set up tables and chairs for you prior to your event, according to a specialized floor plan that you design with our Facility & Rental Coordinator.
