About this venue

Ben and Annie Judd, the owners and operators of Heron's Hollow, are both Air Force veterans with 22 years of service between the two of them. They are also parents to two little boys. They are excited to share their beautiful home with you. The #1 priority at Heron's Hollow is making sure you are relaxed and truly enjoy your wedding weekend. We provide overnight accommodations for 30 people, so you can leisurely set up your wedding exactly the way you want it. You have complete access to our private 31 acres. Have your rehearsal on site the night before, sleep on property, and have no worries about traveling back and forth to your wedding! We provide tables, chairs, table cloths, speakers, a microphone, ceremony arches, a handmade wooden bar, bouncy house, wood rounds, ball jars, and so many more accessories! We have no restrictions on catering or alcohol... we want you to have your wedding... the way you want it! Reception barn has HVAC! New floors: spring, 2023

Heron's Hollow is hidden in the small town of Stewartstown, Pennsylvania. The location allows you to relax and experience a quiet, intimate setting while also being only minutes away from shops and food. Our 3200 sq. foot pole barn is the perfect space to celebrate your dream wedding. For your special day, choose your favorite spot on the property to say "I do." Maybe our resident ducks will stop by to congratulate you.

Description

This package includes 9 bedrooms in 3 different buildings for two nights on property! Each space has laundry, coffee makers, fridges, dishwashers, and all the amenities you can think of to be completely comfortable and relaxed all weekend! Arrive the day before your ceremony, prepare the reception space exactly how you want it, and relax. Bring 30 of your friends and family for two nights and relax all weekend with access to 3 patios, gas grills, fire pits, and 30 acres all to yourself!

Yes! We have 2 different spaces on the property for on-site accommodations. One is a 2 bedroom space, and one is a 3 bedroom space. Both are available to be used by the Wedding Party before or after the wedding. We are "superhosts" on Airbnb with raving reviews!

Yes we have parking

Yes, we are insured, but we do require you to get event insurance. It's usually under $100. We do this since we don't require bar tenders or caterers, who usually carry their own insurance.

Yes, all our reception barn is wheelchair accessible.

Tables, chairs, linens, wedding arches, decorative flowers and lighting, bridal suite and groom room, bouncy house, a handmade wooden bar.

It depends on what package you want! The "all-in" gives you access to the property from Friday afternoon until Sunday at noon.

If you cancel within 6 months of event date, and we can't find a replacement wedding, we keep the $1000 deposit and half of the rest of the fee.
