“If I could give 10 stars I would! I cannot say enough good things about the Inn at Leola Village! From the moment we booked them I felt supported and cared for. Stephanie was our coordinator and made sure every detail was perfect. She answered all my questions along the way (which was a lot haha). The whole team at Leola was kind, professional, communicated clearly and detail oriented. Also, the food was absolutely amazing, our family and friends raved about it! It was the best wedding food we ever had, it was like high-end restaurant quality food!! Stephanie and her team worked with my other vendors like DJ, and photographer to ensure everything ran smoothly, which it did! The florist at Leola is also great! Everything they did was beautiful and exactly what I described to them. Every detail was literally perfect on my wedding day and I couldn't be more thankful! I loved that our guests could book a room at the Inn so no one had to drive after the reception. The Inn at Leola Village definitely stands out as a top notch wedding venue, I highly recommend them!! We will be spending many anniversaries here as well!”

Drumore Mill is a different world. It is nestled in a corner of the most rustic township in Amish Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The mill was built in 1752 as a sawmill and a grist mill. It sits in a hollow with 30 acres of tall cliffs and old trees to provide privacy, warmth, and natural beauties. There is a pristine creek that meanders through the property. The Fishing Creek supports native trout and other rare small fishes. The waterfall is adjacent to the buildings. There is a hiking trail within the property. There is wetland and much more. “Where do I even begin?? The Drumore Mill is an oasis. Surrounded by farm land and nestled in a dark green wood, it feels like you’ve entered into a fairytale land. The moment my fiancé (now husband!) and I stepped onto the Drumore Mill property, we knew we needed to exchange our vows here. We got married in the Grist Mill beside the waterfall. I always wanted an indoor/outdoor wedding but hated the idea of a tent wedding. The Grist Mill building is an open air but covered area with tall wooden beams and lots of open windows to allow sunlight in. Thuy was a pleasure to work with throughout my long engagement. She answered all my questions and even showed up the day of my wedding to wash windows at the reception barn! You can tell she really cares about the Drumore Mill. Look, there are a lot of places you can get married. But the Drumore Mill is special because you can return to it. They have charming rustic houses on property you can stay in. You can host a family reunion or a smaller vow renewal ceremony or just go on an anniversary trip there. How many other couples do you know who can stay the night at the place they got married? Because that’s what my husband and I did. We spent our wedding night on property, steps away from where we exchanged vows. We got to wake up the next morning and walk the beautiful grounds of the Drumore Mill taking in all the scenery and relive the memories from the day prior. One of our guests approached my husband during the wedding and said “I want my daughters to get married here”. You can’t get a better compliment than that! So in short, if you’re looking for a one of a kind place, where nature and architecture blend together, and you can return there to reminisce with loved ones—then consider the Drumore Mill. “From our tour to our big day, HA was different. We knew that the moment we arrived for our tour. I remember looking at my fiancé and beaming during our tour because, without even speaking, we both knew this was it—this was where we’d say “I Do.” The day couldn’t have been more magical. There’s so much stress in the planning process and the day of was the easiest part. My fiancés jacket ripped 20 minutes before the ceremony and one of my bridesmaids lost her bouquet. A sewing kit saved the day and the jacket was quickly fixed, and cocktail hour arrangement was repurposed into a bridesmaid bouquet 10 minutes before the ceremony. Zip tied and ribboned (which was identical to the others). I didn’t even have time to panic before a solution came along. Our Day of Coordinator, Kirsten was always calm, cool, and collected. I never once panicked. Never broke a sweat. Leah, the venue owner, was also there on our big day. Between the two of them, there was zero chance of the day being anything less than amazing. My wife always wanted a wedding, I always wanted to elope. I couldn’t be happier that I let her win that battle. Booking HA was the best decision we made throughout the process. I would do it a million times over. You will never regret booking at HA.”

Well Wishes Farm is a barn venue offering 2 full days of use with each rental. The air-conditioned farmhouse, built in 1855, is included and has separate spaces for the bridal party and groomsmen to get ready. The barn is not climate controlled, but fans, open doors, and a breeze are utilized in summer months and portable heaters in cooler months. Rental of the venue is a flat fee and includes taxes, use of chairs, 5' round tables, 8' rectangular tables, cocktail tables, whiskey barrels, patio heaters, bars, refrigerators/freezers, and a bronze arch. Well Wishes Farm, endeavors to allow couples to create the custom wedding of their dreams in a non-hurried fashion. “We had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at this idyllic rustic barn venue, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming ambiance and picturesque surroundings of Southern Pennsylvania. The barn itself is absolutely beautiful, with its weathered wood, twinkling lights, gorgeous chandeliers, and soaring beams that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The barn has two levels, providing the perfect space for a small ceremony and/or cocktail hour on the lower level, and a large reception on the top level. They provide versatility with both cozy and spacious options allowing us to host our guests comfortably while maintaining an intimate feel. We had our ceremony outside on the luscious green lawn with a natural stone wall in the background. I had peace of mind knowing that if it rained, I would be able to move the ceremony into the lower level of the barn. The space also includes natural stone wall and brick that provides the perfect backdrop for photos, as well. What truly set this venue apart was the stunning farmhouse on the property. A piece of local history, the house was built in 1855. It was the epitome of rustic elegance, with its beautifully restored interiors and thoughtful details. We were able to stay on-site, which made the entire experience even more special. The farmhouse provided a peaceful retreat for us and our closest friends and family, ensuring we could fully relax and enjoy every moment of our wedding day. The staff at this venue went above and beyond to make our day perfect. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly, from coordinating with our vendors to attending to our every need. We truly felt like we were in the best hands possible. In addition to the breathtaking barn and farmhouse, the other main feature of the venue is the wishing well. It's perfect for a unique wedding photo you can only get at Well Wishes Farm. The only down side is that there was no service or electricity/plumbing. Which we were aware of ahead of time. But, if you plan accordingly it is 100% worth it!
