From start to finish, everything was seamless, and our wedding weekend was more magical than we could have imagined. Stephanie, our day-of coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. She was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process, so flexible, and went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had. On the day of, she kept everything running smoothly and allowed us to truly enjoy every moment without stress. The venue itself is stunning. Our guests are still raving about the beautiful floral arrangements and how gorgeous the entire property was. One of the biggest highlights for us was being able to host our entire wedding weekend in one place — rehearsal dinner, welcome party, ceremony, reception, and brunch. Having on-site accommodations was such a huge bonus for us and our guests, and it made the entire weekend feel so relaxed and cohesive. The food was also out of this world. From the hors d’oeuvres to the entrees, every dish was fantastic. And the cake — made on-site at their bakery — was absolutely delicious. Nicole worked with us through everything from start to finish, twice and even sent us small tokens to let us know we weren't forgotten over the two years. We really appreciated her attention to detail and her willingness to help us in this crazy hectic time. Nicole and her team were amazing from 2019 to 2021 and we couldn't have been happier with the event. The wine was delicious and we made new cider fans out of some family members with that amazing blueberry cider. “We had the most perfect wedding day at Brick Gables. I could go on for days about how amazing the whole entire process was. From the beginning, they were there to answer any and all questions we had. They helped us curate the perfect food and beverage menu for the day. We had people come up to us at the wedding and tell us it was some of the best wedding food they had ever had! We loved that this venue is family owned and everything is on site from catering to bartending, linen rentals and the bakery. It takes all of the stress out of finding individual vendors.
