About this venue

Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 48 farm, the original stone barn of the farm has been lovingly re-purposed into a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast features 4 overnight rooms. The ground floor, with separate entrances, has a large banquet room and a separate adjoining space perfect for indoor ceremonies and dancing. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony. Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is just 10 minutes from the city of Lancaster in a private rural setting with an elegant flare.

Jacob's Room

Jacob's Room has a light airy feel and adjoins The Pheasant Room.

Jacob's Room boasts a hard wood floor, fireplace, cathedral ceiling, dimmable lighting, climate control, accessibility and a separate entrance. Exposed beams and original stone walls provide a warm feeling to the space. Jacob's Room is often used for indoor wedding ceremonies and dancing.

    Pheasant Run is a beautiful, very picturesque location for either a small wedding, party, or family gathering. Their facility is impeccably cared for and maintained! Deeann is great to work with, always available for questions, eager to help and share the resources onsite at the farm. You cannot go wrong with the choice of Pheasant Run.
