PA Joint Board Convention

We used Steve for our annual convention. He did a wonderful job with playing the music we asked for and also joined in on our themed dance party by wearing a costume. We are using him again this year and can't wait to see him next week.

We hired this entertainer for our daughter’s first birthday party and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During the event, he took it upon himself to criticize another vendor we had hired and claimed to be an “inflatable inspector.” When asked about his qualifications, no credentials or documentation were provided to support that claim. He ultimately refused to perform the services we had contracted for and initially refused to issue a refund, on the spot but promised to make one the Monday after the event. This statement was made on video. However, we were also informed that he had supposedly filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture and that someone would contact us within 30 days (no one ever contacted us). We were further told that if we posted a review or made any negative comments during that 30-day period, we would lose the promised refund (it’s been almost 90 days and no refund). As customers, we found this extremely concerning. A refund should not be conditioned upon remaining silent about a genuine customer experience. After our interaction, we reviewed additional public information and customer feedback online and found accounts from others describing similar experiences, including canceled services, unmet expectations, refund disputes, and threats of legal action. While we cannot speak to those situations personally, our experience was consistent with those concerns. We hired this entertainer expecting a fun, stress-free experience for our daughter’s first birthday. Instead, we were left dealing with conflict, accusations against another vendor, and uncertainty regarding a promised refund. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this business.

Don’t trust this scam artist, he keeps deleting his online profiles after a certain amount of bad reviews, and he never got back my money after I tried booking and he never showed up

I am truly disappointed with our experience. My kids and I were incredibly excited for the bubble show because of all the amazing reviews we had read beforehand. We were attending a friend's daughter's first birthday party, and we were all looking forward to seeing the show. Unfortunately, the bubble show that was expected was never performed. It was heartbreaking to watch the kids get excited as they saw everything being set up, only to be left waiting with no performance. They were genuinely sad and confused about why the show never happened after looking forward to it so much. What made the experience even worse was the vendor's unprofessional behavior while interacting with the hosts. The communication and overall attitude were not appropriate for a children's event and reflected very poorly on the service provided. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. We expected a memorable show for the children at such a special celebration, but instead left feeling let down by both the lack of the promised performance and the unprofessional conduct.

Excellent characters. My son really enjoyed them. Will definitely be rehiring him next year for my son's birthday.
