“Where to start - Josh (DJ Topedo) is an extremely personable and professional person, first of all. His introduction, process, meetings, etc. were all extremely seamless, made us feel comfortable, really got to know who we are and what we were looking for, and generally a smooth experience from start to finish. We wanted a DJ who would actually mix tracks and take our inputs for song selections and preferences seriously and stick to it - and DJ Topedo delivered! From the App platform that is used to help provide timeline details, to song selection via streaming platforms, to even us requesting to mix in video game/pop culture sound bytes into the tracks later in the night - it was a super intuitive way to provide this input, and he guided us through it all (and reviewed multiple times with us). It's so nice to have that level of organization when it comes to something as intricate as your wedding day-of timeline and making sure the right songs are playing at the right times. This also goes for the MC aspect of DJ-ing, which Josh was flawless in - even last-minute adjusting the wedding party introduction order due to a mixup on our end. We also loved how DJ Topedo offered so many options for uplighting, video vs. photo booths (we went with the video booth), and even a videographer (which we opted for). He really does offer an all inclusive turnkey package for whatever you're looking for, it really gives you peace of mind. All his equipment and setup is top notch, clean, and it was a totally hands-free experience the day-of. Additionally, we opted for DJ Topedo specifically to DJ our wedding, and we couldn't have been happier. If you're looking for the best DJ in the DC area, DJ Topedo is it.”

“My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! He then creates amazing mixes with the songs and knows how to keep the party going. I was really happy he was able to find our first dance song, which is from the 1940s and not easy to stream from just anywhere (thank you!!!). “Jeff and his team (dalton and charleigh) were absolutely amazing!! I truly believe Jeff is setting up white rose to be different than any other DJ company out there. The whole process was so easy and straight forward. There were no questions because Jeff always made sure to go in great depth and detail. I had a song my parents used to sing to my brother and I and it was their own remix of 2 song and Jeff remixed it so they could have their reception entrance to the song. He also did a custom mix for the bridesmaids entrance. It was amazing!!! A little back story, my husband and I had booked a differnt DJ company (who I will not name) and the whole process felt very quick. There was no explanation, we never even got to talk to the DJ themselves to see if it was a good fit and I was so stressed. I work at a venue in the area and met Jeff and instantly fell in love with his whole process and how hands on he truly is. I joked about wishing I booked him and he was like hey I’m still available for your wedding date. So we got out of our old contract and signed a new one with jeff and we are so so glad we did! White rose productions is easily unlike any DJ company period. You actually get to know your DJ and team before the process really starts. They aren’t pushy and salesy trying to force you into a contract. Jeff actually encourages you to weigh out all your options. With a previous sales background I loveddddd that because it shows he truly only wants couples who see his vision and align well with him and his company. I would give them 100000/5 stars if I could. I wish I could get married all over again and have Jeff DJ. We got endless compliments and everyone loved the monogram projection and the photo booth he had. It truly added so much to the space. The cold sparks are amazing!! Jeff has top of the line cold sparks that won’t harm any guests so it was so nice not having to worry about guests possibly being injured by the cold sparks since I really wanted them!!! Every guest we talked to said they never heard a DJ that good and that we had the best music playing. THANK YOU WHITE ROSE PRODUCTIONS!!!! Ps. If you’re like me and had a specific point in a song that you want to walk out to and have it all timed perfectly, jed is amazing and making that happened. “From beginning to end, 3 West was an amazing company to work with for our wedding! Matt is very helpful, friendly, and responsive. While we did not utilize them, they provide a lot of upgrades to different packages and live musicians if you prefer which I appreciated having the option. The website portal is easy to use to communicate important things like bridal party, event details, and music vibes/selections. Ryan Terado was our actual DJ on 6/20 at Ironspire and we had the BEST time. From the start, all we wanted was a big celebration and just wanted people out there having fun on the dance floor. Ryan DELIVERED on this and most people did not leave the dance floor all night and had so much fun. The vibes? Immaculate! I can’t express enough how worth it is to book 3 West for your events! We can’t thank them enough!”

“Your vendors will truly shape the energy of your wedding, and our experience with Alex from the Dapper DJs is a perfect example of this. From the beginning, Alex was so easy to work with and made the planning process so much fun. He was so enthusiastic about our day and our music choices and felt more like a friend than just a wedding vendor! We were looking for a very specific energy with our DJ and wanted to stay away from the typical over the top cheesiness. Alex could not have been more of a fit for our day. He had such relaxed energy and his entire set up was so in line with the feel of our wedding. We had a very vintage inspired day and his vintage set up and suitcases were such a great addition to the reception room. He executed everything perfectly and was even willing to operate our DIY disco ball set up. For the ceremony and the reception he was on point with all of the timing and cues and truly brought our vision to life. The dance floor was full the entire night and our guests are still talking about how awesome it was. Thank you so much to Alex and to the Dapper DJs team for helping make our day so unforgettable.. “We received lots of compliments about our wedding, but our DJ was hands down the most complimented part. Like by a lot. I remember someone said “Lily. Your DJ is 100 out of 10.” and our venue coordinator (who has seen a lot of weddings) was like “Seriously, where did you find this guy?” and said they need to add him to their list of recommended DJs. I also had multiple guests ask if he was single… From the ceremony music and microphones, to the cocktail hour musical ambiance, to the first dance and speeches, Obehi was locked in and working the room to make sure everything went smoothly and ensure everyone was having a great time. He had all kinds of fancy equipment and was there early with bells on to get it all set up. It was all seamless with zero hiccups. He was out on the dance floor hyping people up, dancing, and just giving 110% all night long. Obehi is one heck of a DJ. I saw family members who I haven’t seen crack a smile in a decade busting moves on the dance floor. Obehi gets the people going. There’s no doubt about that. That being said, he’s also a really lovely human and we loved having him there as a part of our wedding. You can tell he loves what he does and loves people. He was genuine, warm, and kind every step of the way. He met with us a few weeks before the wedding and made us feel like it was his life’s purpose to get every detail perfect for us. And he delivered 1000%. Best choice we made for our wedding. Worth every single penny!!!”

“We loved working with Jon! He offered us so many great options and was incredibly accommodating with every request we had for our wedding music. He and his team are truly professional and kept the night running smoothly from start to finish. The “dancing on the clouds” feature was such a magical touch for our night sky themed wedding—it made our first dance feel truly unforgettable. We also booked the "retro" photo booth which was a huge hit! Our guests were using it all night long with help from the lovely Shelby. You absolutely NEED this photo booth at your wedding—it’s such a fun experience and an amazing keepsake! We had the best time looking through all the photos afterward. A special shout-out to District Harmony for performing during our ceremony and cocktail hour- they were fantastic! Walking down the aisle to their rendition of “Merry-Go-Round of Life” was a dream come true. Everyone commented on how great they sounded. They were the perfect addition to our day!”
