“Penderview Events truly went above and beyond to make our day PERFECT. As a DIY and meticulous bride, we knew Anna was the one we would entrust with our vision the moment we had our phone consultation; she was so incredibly sweet and enthusiastic about our big day, and I immediately felt a sense of ease that she will be able to handle all the shenanigans and i can pass her the torch with ease. Although she was hired for "day of", she assisted us in any way possible months leading to and made sure we were on top of all the important tasks leading up to the day of (i.e. vendors contact info, finalizing timeline for the morning/day of, etc.). My big day unfortunately started off disastrous (I became car sick), so I was unable to give guidance with the decor during set up. But since one of the tasks Anna asked me weeks prior was for a list with all the decor and how/where I wanted them placed, Penderview legit made my vision come true!!!!!!!! Penderview was so attentive, that they were even able to place some items which I gave no instructions for (i.e. last minute decided that we wanted wedding party to sit during the ceremony, so I made name placement cards for the reserved chairs, and without mentioning it, they were placed on the chairs in processional order). Penderview was able to execute every event and details on the timeline FLAWLESSLY, and I was able to enjoy the event with ease knowing that everything was in such capable hands. We felt and saw how invested Penderview was throughout the day in making it perfect for us, especially the attention to details and handling all the logistics smoothly behind-the-scenes. I also really appreciated Anna’s assertiveness when hiccups would arise (ie, making sure guests wouldnt be walking in while were ready down the aisle/stay out of view, wedding party prioritized drinking and forgot to come back for portraits; flower girls kept running infront of camera during portraits, and so many other headaches i did not want to deal with, etc.) Not only was Anna able to accomplish and execute my vision beyond expectations, but she was also my emotional support and my right-hand lady, making sure I was always hydrated. Anna’s empathetic and kind demeanor made her feel more like a close friend than just a ‘day of coordinator’. Hiring Penderview was the best investment we made. Thank you so much for making our day magical and we will forever be grateful to Penderview!!!”

From the jump, she took us under her wing and answered any and all questions we had, was extremely attentive, and made us feel comfortable and prepared. Having planned too many weddings to count, she really knows the industry and all the ins and outs of planning a wedding. She met with us multiple times leading up to the wedding, and always came prepared with outlines, itineraries, and details that we would have never thought of! “I got engaged on January 30th, 2024, and was married just a few short months later on May 18th, 2024. As a first-time bride trying to plan a wedding in such a condensed time frame, I was incredibly nervous, especially since I was trying to keep costs down. After securing my vendors and working on my timeline, it quickly became clear that there was no way I could enjoy my wedding day while worrying about coordinating every little detail myself. The sheer number of moving parts and tiny details was overwhelming. Enter Lauren and Kelsey. I had seen their work before as they were the coordinators for a friend’s wedding where I was a bridesmaid, and they did such an amazing job that I knew they were the perfect choice for my own wedding. Even though my venue provided a day-of coordinator, I realized that she (also so amazing at what she does) would be too focused on venue-specific duties like managing food and the bar to handle the full execution of my timeline, coordinate with outside vendors, or deal with the unexpected hiccups that inevitably arise. In just one month, they picked up every little piece of my 1,000-piece wedding puzzle and put it together seamlessly. Everything we envisioned, they made it a reality. “Friend's & family know me as being very organized, but (thankfully) I have never planned a wedding before, & there are just details and logistics that you don't know or think about. I no longer live in Maryland, but that didn't stop Veronica from being able to help me with her expertise. I purchased the 12-month virtual wedding planning package. We would virtually meet on Zoom once a month, but her secret weapon is a web portal that has everything you need to reference from customized timelines, budgeting, photo boards, vendors/contact info, & so much more! It also makes it very convenient to communicate through there. Instead of many emails or text chains about allllll the topics that will arise, you can post thoughts, questions, pictures, links, documents, & more. It will notify Veronica by email that you put something in Aisle Planner & she can read/respond & will get back to you within 24hrs. So although I did the 'virtual' package I never felt like I was alone or like Veronica wasn't there to help (she even video chatted with me at the final venue walkthrough 30 days before the wedding!) “Diane was easily the best decision I made for my wedding. From the very beginning she had lots of helpful planning documents, answered every question I had, gave us ideas when we couldn't figure out how or when we wanted something to happen for our special day, stayed over time on our planning / check in calls to make sure we felt that we covered everything, and did all of this with a smile and supportive, kind attitude.
