“We cannot say enough good things about Paris and his team. Paris did my cousin‘s wedding 15 years ago and saved the day when her previous DJ backed out. our family still talks about it to this day and that’s why we reached out to him from the start. He is very communicative and responsive. He gives a great set of pamphlets which he made to help you prepare for the big day. He gives a lot of great suggestions. he listens and prepare himself very well to show up for your big day. Paris did our ceremony music and reception music. He was a great emcee and informed the crowd when needed, and also just sounds great on the mic! He nailed it from beginning to end. All of my song requests were played during the ceremony and at the reception all of the perfect time! For me, DJ was a HUGE part of our day and can quite honestly make or break a wedding. I 100% recommend Paris!”

The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Chris Funkhouser (who seriously brought the funk!) was amazing to work with! During our consultations he was able to answer all our questions and concerns. He was able to put his swing on things from his experience to help provide the right vibes we were looking for. We pretty much already knew all the songs that we wanted to play so the program they used was perfect! It was detailed in the timing of the night, how long or short to play songs and any other special requests we wanted to have. On the night of the wedding, Chris was a blast -energetic, observant, and focused on keeping the dance floor alive all night long. He even joined us out there, helping to keep the party going strong! He was able to use his best judgement in placing some of the lighting and monogram details we chose which turned out great! Some of our requested songs were included, but I had hoped more of our playlist would be incorporated into the evening. The only other issue was that, just before our grand exit, he approached us to mention that he hadn't received enough food. We had paid for a vendor meal for him, so I wasn't sure what had happened, and it didn't feel like the best time to bring it up while we were in the middle of such a special moment. Despite those concerns, he was friendly, punctual, and our guests clearly enjoyed themselves. If having a lively dance floor is your top priority, he does a good job creating a fun atmosphere.”

“Our coordinator at Wyndridge Farms recommended we book Baltimore Event Solutions and specifically request "Korey with a K." After just a few minutes of viewing the photos and videos of gigs he had posted on his Facebook page we knew he was our guy. He reaffirmed this decision during our intro call when the first thing he said to us was, "Just know on your wedding day, I've got you." We instantly knew we were in great hands. Korey exceeded all expectations, from his in-depth phone calls leading up to the wedding to his oozing charisma and passion during the reception. He did a fantastic job of engaging with our guests, friends, and family while also allowing everyone to have their moment to shine. His remixes and overlays of songs drove our crowd nuts, and he perfectly captured our 80s, 90s, and early 2000s interests all night long. There was one particular transition between two songs that was the best we've ever heard, and the crowd LOVED it. We’re over a month out from the big day and people are still telling us that it was the most fun wedding they’ve ever been to. Korey was also accommodating with requests and announcements during the reception ensuring dinner ran smoothly before dancing began.
