I was originally paired with a coordinator who was not as proactive/did not project confidence and ability to guide. Mostest was super accommodating with getting me reassigned, replacing my original planner with Lanise within a day of me contacting them. Everything was smooth sailing from there on out! If you’re in Houston I highly recommend Lanise as a month-of coordinator! She consistently went above and beyond leading up to and on the day of my wedding. She is professional, organized, confident, and creative. I am a very Type A person, so it was important to me to have someone I could really trust with the details. Lanise sent detailed recaps with action items after each of our weekly meetings, was available over text when I had questions, smoothly handled vendor communications and even some family coordination for speeches, conducted venue visits, and did an AMAZING job decorating and keeping things moving on the day of. I came in with a pretty detailed vision and provided mockups of my table settings and special decor, but Lanise truly understood the assignment and executed it with such care and precision. I was blown away when I walked into the venue. She did not miss a detail! She was also just a fun and reliable presence throughout the night and even took what ended up being some of our favorite photos for us on her phone. Highly recommend!!!

I cannot recommend Sage Stone more highly, you will be in such good hands with Codi and her team! We got married last weekend and I have been bragging about Codi to everyone nonstop!! Despite being my month of coordinator, Codi made time to meet with me while I was in Arizona 3 months before my wedding (since I was an out of state bride) to ensure that we could do our venue walk through together in person. Truly, going above and beyond what I expected! From the beginning she let me know she was there for me, even before coordination started. And when the month of coordination officially started, Codi took over all vendor contacts and created a detailed timeline for our wedding party of 18 family, which was realistic and made sure to cover all of the things I wanted to include in the big day. When I was unsure about when to change into my reception dress, Codi talked me through the different timelines and reaffirmed that the dress change would fit flawlessly into our day, which it did. Codi always made me feel assured that everything was taken care of and I kept telling her how I was not stressed during the planning process because I knew she had it! Outside of being the sweetest and most fun coordinator out there, Codi is detail oriented and quick to adjust when plans change. Our transportation was 45 minutes late but Codi was still able to get us back on schedule! It was wonderful to be able to trust in this team to get things back on track so I could just take in the day. I let Codi and Kristen, her assistant, have free reign on where most things went and I was so happy with their set up of our decor. Our reception space was exactly what I had envisioned. Also, Codi is a BLAST on the dance floor! When our cake got left at the venue, Codi personally delivered it to our airbnb the next morning so we can enjoy it while thinking back on the whirlwind day we just had. Hiring Codi and her team was the best decision I made and it allowed me to be fully present on my wedding day, which is exactly what my husband (!!!) and I had hoped. So a huge thank you Codi and Kristen for all your hard work to make our wedding day so special! I promise you will be so glad you picked Sage Stone as your wedding planning team!

We absolutely loved working with Liz for our wedding. She was hired to be our day-of-coordinator and was amazing to work with. We had meetings every few weeks about 3-4 months prior to the wedding and she helped us shape our wedding vision, color scheme, and offered a lot of helpful advice and suggestions to make sure we had all facets of the wedding covered. I had a magical forest theme for my wedding and she knew exactly how I can convert our wedding venue to that theme and also offered suggestions on what decor I can buy to bring the vision to life. She is also such a kind and beautiful person that also represented me and my husband's best interests and would express our wishes to our vendors. On the day before and on the day of our wedding, she and her wonderful team of assistants helped us decorate our venue to match our vision. We had quite an extensive decor list and her and her team knocked it out of the park! Not only that, but she worked very well behind the scenes throughout the wedding to make sure everything was taken care of and so we didn't have to worry about anything. The one time when there was an issue, we had a vendor that showed up quite late, Liz quietly pulled us aside and helped us contact the vendor and took care of the details so we didn't have to worry about it anymore. I highly recommend Liz and her company to help you with your wedding-you won't regret it!

We are so grateful for Kimberley and her incredible team- they were a huge part of what made our wedding day so special. While she wasn't technically our wedding planner (we chose to not hire one)- she absolutely filled that role and so much more, helping us create a personalized and unforgettable wedding night. From our very first call, Kimberley was warm, excited and genuinely interested in hearing our vision. Her experience in the event space was clear from the start. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! My husband and I, as well as our family and friends would absolutely recommend this team for any event. They created a wedding night that was intimate, elegant and deeply personal - a celebration we'll never forget!

I was so stressed out about my wedding and to have the assurance from Hesok that everything will be just fine and that I don’t have a thing to worry about. Oh and she definitely delivered!! Everything was done such in a timely matter and everything was executed perfectly! I was hesitant on hiring a planner because you don’t know if you can trust someone you don’t know to do what you want and let me tell you Hesok got to know us wanted to know who we are and what our love story was this really connected us in a way that I felt so secured knowing that my special day was going to be handled in the hands of someone I could trust! We booked Nichole for our day of coordinator. She is super sweet and goes above and beyond. She showed up before anyone else and made sure everything was set up just right. She checked on me and my bridal party throughout the morning and even reminded me to eat, which I was very grateful of. Then, because of limited budget, I only had the photographer for portraits, not the reception, so when my photography window ended, she even captured some special moments after the photographer left. I cannot say enough about how amazing she is. She truly wants your wedding to be yours and a day to remember.

Sarah and Alden were absolutely amazing throughout our wedding planning process. From the moment we met from our first meeting we knew they would help guide us in the right direction. Please read this review if you’re in the fence with hiring a wedding coordinator/travel agent, it was the best decision we made. First helping narrowing which resort was best for us (showing PowerPoints of different resort options) always keeping our top priorities in mind. We talked over our aesthetics, location, peak season, cost to us, cost to our guest! All of our wants and needs were carefully sorted through the thousands of resorts and also considering which resort had a reliable wedding department! we tried this on our own but once we met Sarah and Alden we knew they knew so much about the industry and we didn’t and after the first meeting hired them. From that point forward we would meet for zoom meetings to help us decided what was a priority that month and target deadlines for forms, vendors, and information. Then once we chose our resort they helped coordinate directly with the wedding department (I never once emailed the wedding department) Sarah helped take care of all of that! Then helping direct us with venders that they vet in advance to help us have the best people on our team. They saved us so much money with the fine print and details of room block contracts that I would have been clueless on without them. On top of all the wedding assistance they also navigated booking all our guest, keeping track of head count, cancels, my families twenty questions, and transport! This was a life saver having them to direct my family to! When we finally had the meeting 3 weeks out from the wedding with the wedding department even the resort coordinator was impressed at how organized we were and everything was fully ready to go. Sarah was a huge help with making sure I stayed on track each month! Then the wedding week/day came and it all went off with a bang! Everyone was on time, all details were perfect and there was hardly any flaws. On top of wedding planning they also helped book our boat day excursion! They even helped us cancel one that didn’t have everything we wanted and found us a better company and price. This ended up being the best day of the trip and so glad we did it! Lastly, they also helped coordinate booking our honeymoon, transport, and excursions! This was so nice to just be hands off for once and have someone help us with all the planning! Once we got there we had a sweet note from them with flowers across our entire bed! So sweet. Hands down I would book them a thousand times over again!! They are an amazing couple and truly cares about your wedding day and makes you feel heard and seen the whole way.

We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!
