“Valley Decors provided good communication throughout the planning process, though we felt communication could have been better on the day of the event. However, they still did an excellent job overall. The team at Valley Decors set up the event flawlessly for our 350 guests - everything came out perfect. They have a great team that works well together. The only downside was that they picked up rented items like the table runner and napkins before the night was over, which I didn't appreciate, though I understand they needed to collect plates and glassware. Despite this, Grace and Travis were a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond, even stepping in when one of our other vendors fell short on tables and linens. They provided amazing rentals and were able to quickly deliver extra tables and freshly ironed linens with less than 24 hours notice. Although there were a few minor hiccups on our wedding day that were out of their control, Grace and Travis provided an exceptional setup and coordination for our event.”

“Calmerin was the best investment we made for our wedding, hands down!!! Glennie and Ashton were incredible from the start to finish. We knew from the very first phone call that they were going to 100% on top of it, and we were right! The organization and detail of this team is top-notch. We hired them for Jade Package, which is similar to day-of-coordination (which is really more month-of), and was super important given our majority DIY wedding with 170 guests. Plus, Glennie and Ashton were such lovely, kind, and genuine people!! While the bulk of the details and communication was in the month leading up to our wedding, we had access to all of the planning docs as soon as we sent our deposit. The planning docs are AMAZING and so detailed, making us feel like we could transfer all of our knowledge/plans/thoughts to them. This was really important for us since we were doing the majority of the planning, and they executed phenomenally. We were also able to ask them for questions, such as a DJ recommendation. Glennie and Ashton were fantastic during the thorough venue walk-through, video calls, rehearsal with our wedding party, and on the day-of. We were able to drop off all of our wedding stuff (2 SUVs full) the morning of with set-up directions, and we showed up and it looked better than we had imagined/planned for! The tight set-up window from our venue was stressful, but Glennie and Ashton made sure everything was ready to go. They were so great at communicating with our vendors (we got many compliments!) They only texted us 1 small question the day-of, knowing that we were stressed and busy. They were AMAZING throughout the whole night, making sure we were on schedule and that we had everything we needed. We could go on and on about how amazing the team was and how happy we are that we worked with them. Best decision, book them before their calendars fill!”

Bailey met with us multiple times before the wedding to make sure she knew everything we wanted and knew everyone we were working with. She took all of our decor the day before the wedding, and with little to no direction, she made our vision come to life and had everything set up beautifully! During rehearsal, she made sure our wedding party knew exactly what to do, where to stand, and even let us practice our recessional multiple times to make sure we had it right. On the actual wedding day, she was even more amazing! If something went wrong, we had no idea because Bailey handled it with such grace. At one point I realized I forgot my veil at the hotel 30 minutes away, she was quick to react and called the hotel to make sure they could open the room for a guest who was still there.
