“During my bridal era I opted out of having a bridal party. Usually Bridal parties help the bride and groom the day of, with small tasks. Even after hiring a coordinator I quickly realized that I would need personal help the day, of as I knew my family would be too focused on enjoying themselves. That’s when I found Jordyne on the wisconsin brides Facebook page. I didn’t need to interview her, she advertised her services professionally on her facebook page and that’s all I needed to know. I hired Jordyne to be my bridal assistant the day of but she was so much more. She wore so many hats and worked very well with the wedding vendor team. Even if you think you can do it all, like me. Get the bridal assistant / coordinator, because truth is you can’t. I was very Type A & things did arise that needed attention that day. But Jordyne handled it all, that I didn’t even feel an ounce of stress. She was there to run to the Airbnb and back to the chapel for my bouquet when I forgot it, 5 minutes before the ceremony. She packed up all my belongings from the airbnb and transported it to my car after the ceremony. She cleaned up the broken glasses when the champagne tower fell apart. She was there to help clean up my dress when I got foundation on it from my tattoo cover up. She helped zip up my dress when the zipper got stuck and adjust my under skirt. She went ABOVE & BEYOND. She was there to provide full support and reassurance. Every bride needs reassurance . Jordyne’s services were worth every penny! I would recommend her to every bride. You won’t be disappointed.”

She helped us with hotel blocks at close by hotels for those who didn’t want to stay at the Pfister. She answered my decor questions, have advice on how to proceed with some things we weren’t sure of, created our morning and afternoon timeline and helped tweak the evening timeline, and set up everything perfectly on the day of! She truly made our vision come to life! She picked up our lunch for the wedding party, she pulled a sewing kit out of her back side when the bride’s dress ripped 30 minutes before walking the aisle, she cleaned the entire reception, put all decor back in the bins and had it all back in our hotel room before we even got back from the after party! As the mother of the bride and the main wedding planner up until wedding day, it was so beautiful to enjoy the day with my daughter and not worry about anything. “Working with Katy was hands-down one of the best decisions we made during our entire wedding process. From the very beginning, she was organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day feel like us. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but she made everything feel manageable and even enjoyable. On the wedding day itself, she was nothing short of incredible. Every detail was handled seamlessly from vendor coordination to timeline management, and if anything went wrong, we truly had no idea (which is exactly what you want!). One moment that really stood out was when there was a mix-up with the venue regarding vendor meals and table settings that were supposed to be included but weren’t. Without hesitation, she stepped in, advocated for us, and worked quickly behind the scenes to resolve the issue. Katy made sure our vendors were taken care of without ever pulling us away from enjoying the day or adding any stress. “Hiring BreAnn to be our day of coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions I could have made. We got married this past June and our day went perfectly, so smooth, no hiccups and this is all because of Bre. Anytime I recommend Bre to a future bride, one thing I always say is that when you consider how much money is going into a wedding - you should also make an investment in making sure your day runs smoothly. Bre met with me a year prior to my wedding, helped create a spreadsheet to keep track of all vendors, gave amazing recommendations on vendors, did a walk through of the venue with me, created timelines, helped with o ur rehearsal & so much more. All of that was done BEFORE the wedding day was even here. Bre goes above and beyond to coordinate all your vendors and puts so much effort in making sure your vision comes to life. The day of my wedding I, nor anyone in the bridal party was bothered with vendor questions which really allowed everyone to just be able to relax. When arriving to our venue Bre had helped set up the decor and everything was stunning. Because I live close by her she even came and picked up my welcome sign prior to the wedding day along with the marriage certificate so I truly had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. Bre helped everyone stay on track with timing, helped everyone throughout the ceremony know where to stand, when to start walking, etc - which is so helpful when you’re trying to get a bunch of people in a bridal party to listen. Once the wedding was over Bre packed up all of our decor making sure everything was extremely organized and she even took home my flower bouquet since I was having it preserved and helped coordinate that to ensure the bouquet would be safe at the end of the night. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator - just do it. You truly will not regret hiring Bre, she was the best vendor/decisions I could have made for our wedding!”
