Lauren, our day-of coordinator, was a total ROCKSTAR. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease the entire day — organized, calm, and truly everything you could ever want in a coordinator. Because of her, everything ran perfectly, and we were able to just soak it all in. A huge shoutout to Chef Austin — the food was phenomenal! Every single guest was raving about how delicious everything was, from appetizers to dinner. Our banquet captain, Sierra, went above and beyond! She was so attentive, on top of every little detail, and even snapped some adorable behind-the-scenes photos and sent them to us afterward — so thoughtful and sweet! The rest of our staff — Aden, Patty, Lilly, Ava, and Jayln — were absolutely outstanding. They made sure everything flowed seamlessly and treated us and our guests with so much kindness and care. Our bartenders, Rachel and Julio, crushed it! The drinks were amazing, and everyone was having the best time thanks to them. And of course, the planning team — Angela, Mikayla, Katie, DJ, and Haley — thank you for making the planning process so easy and enjoyable. Every question was answered quickly, every detail handled with care. It’s hard to put into words just how magical our wedding day was at The Headquarters by Wedgewood Weddings. From the moment we first visited, we felt something special about this place, and that feeling only grew as we planned our day with their incredible team. Even though we were only the third wedding ever hosted at this brand-new venue, everything went perfectly. You would have never known how new it was because everything was seamless and exceeded every expectation we had. Emma, our coordinator, was truly the heart behind it all. She was calm, organized, and so thoughtful every step of the way. She guided us through the planning process and made sure the entire day ran smoothly so we could truly relax and soak it all in. Janae and the sales team were also wonderful, answering every question with patience and genuine excitement, which made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. On the day itself, the banquet team of Nat, Cody, and Aaron completely blew us away. The food was delicious, the service was flawless, and so many of our guests commented on how cared for they felt. Their kindness and professionalism created such a warm, joyful atmosphere that we will never forget. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and so much more. It was joyful, heartfelt, and unforgettable, and we owe so much of that to the amazing team at Wedgewood Weddings. If you’re thinking about hosting your wedding here, do it. Let me start by saying that the Secret Garden and the Epic Coordination team made all of my wedding dreams come true! I recently got married at the Secret Garden on April 28th, 2024. It truly was the most magical day of my life not just because I was marrying my soulmate, but because of the amazing coordination team that made our vision come to life. It was the first venue that my husband and I looked at, and we immediately fell in love with it. We loved that it was a beautiful indoor and outdoor garden venue, but we also loved how they offered an all-inclusive wedding package. They have a list of recommended vendors, including DJ, caterer, florist, photography/videography, and so much more. They give you the option to choose a vendor that they don't have on their recommended list, but we did everything through them and I wouldn't have had it any other way. They really offer the best-of-the-best professionals that know exactly what they're doing. A special shoutout to our coordinator, Laura, for being so organized and making sure everything was perfect on our big day! When it came to the day of the wedding, the entire timeline flowed seamlessly. None of the guests were left waiting around or wondering what was going on because the coordination team was so on top of everything! Everyone at our wedding, including myself and my husband, had an amazing time. Another thing to mention was that the communication with the Secret Garden and their team was beyond excellent! Any question I had, they answered promptly and made sure that the planning process was seamless. I had an enjoyable experience planning our wedding thanks to the support from the Secret Garden and Epic team! To conclude, my wedding day at the Secret Garden was literally the happiest day of our lives! It couldn't have been more perfect. We did not use The Knott to find this venue but we had such an amazing experience we had to share. The venue itself, the first thing you see is a modern foodhall / full bar with a large variety of restaurants. If youre staying at the hotel connected, it was such a great place to hangout with your bridal parties before everything starts. Moving along to the even areas, the ceremony room gives off a modern barn yard style venue and it's such a pleasant contrast from what you initially see when first walking in which really adds to the "wow" factor when entering the room. The cocktail hour area is amazing as well and after we gifted some of our items, they will now have Cornhole and a beer cart available! The area itself is wide open with great seating areas as well. The reception is another instance where the contrast is such a difference from the food hall downstairs, it once again adds so much to that jsw drop reaction. We were approached multiple times complementing how "cool" this venue was and it was definitely a true compliment. Now the venue wouldn't be anywhere with out the staff and I can not say enough great things about them. The entire time was courteous, professional and really give they sense that they want to make sure you have your special day as one to remember. Specifically wanted to shout out our amazing coordinator - Brianna, banquet captain - Lee j and Dj - Rhy's. These three went above and beyond for us and it seemed like that was just their normal demeanor. Brianna made sure we had nothing to worry about and made every part of the planning process a breeze. Lee J was also always checking in appropriately often to ensure we were never left wanting, thirsty or hungry. Rhy's was also great to work with, we had a very specific request with music which ended up having my wife and I take part in a lightsaber fight to two different versions of starwars music - Duel of the Fates, and he handled it masterfully. All in all, 10/10 can not recommend enough.

From the very first tour at The Crossings, we knew it was an easy yes — and that was all because of Megan. She was truly EVERYTHING. From day one, she made us feel so confident, cared for, and completely at ease. Maddy (Megan’s assistant) was just as incredible — the two of them together are an absolute dream team. Even when we sadly got rained in, Megan and Maddy went above and beyond to create the most beautiful, graceful indoor setup. We completely forgot about the weather because everything inside was so stunning. The food was incredible, the communication was seamless, and every detail felt next level. On top of that, we had to make some last-minute modifications due to my dad’s health, which understandably brought a lot of stress and big emotions. Megan and Maddy handled everything with such grace, compassion, and understanding. The way they supported us during that time is something we will truly never forget. We are beyond grateful for Megan, Maddy, and the entire team at The Crossings. They made our wedding day feel effortless, deeply personal, and unforgettable. We could not recommend them more.

Codie & Morgan were my coordinators, and they helped me so much with the process of planning, choosing the details, timeline, and day of coordination. Codie was absolute perfection, she is so sweet and kind, she handled the day of coordination amazingly, she was there for me whenever I needed her, and she knew exactly what to do even when I had no idea! The reception hall was GORGEOUS, I loved how everything was set up, she did everything and more to help ease the stress of my wedding day! I couldn't have done this without her, Codie, I'll forever be grateful for all of your help and pure kindness. The food service was also great, we received many compliments on the cocktail hour foods and dinner service! All of the staff there were incredibly kind and nice, the bartenders, staff, chefs, bus boys, everyone was amazing.
