Bel Vino Summer Wedding
What an incredible experience working with Wedgewood Weddings. Throughout the planning process, they excelled at checking in with us and make sure we were focused on the right things. As a coordinator myself in a different industry, I did feel pretty comfortable with my overall plans, but if not for Wedgewood's check in's, I would not have been focused on the right areas. As a result, planning was almost easy with plenty for resources to check in on. The team went above and beyond answering our questions along the way and helping us put our own personalities into things. They listened to each of our questions and offered compromise when needed. Some special call outs: Yessi, our DJ with DJ Maestro, understood our vibe and kept the energy going throughout the entire event, even clearly transitioning out and in of recorded music to accommodate our live band performance of the Brass Bear Band. Brinley in addition to the rest of the Bel Vino planning team was priceless. Ryann, our coordinator on the day met us with a calm demeanor amidst the wedding chaos of it all and gently guided us through all of our planned moments. Jessica seamlessly tagged her out for the latter part of the evening and went above and beyond packing our bride and groom meals up along with the donuts we never got to eat. They even surprised us with an immediate picture of us at the altar and positioned it on our sweetheart table. We have no notes to give Bel Vino and were extremely satisfied with both the service and the cost. We highly recommend to everyone to use this service. As a transplant myself to Southern California, bringing my guests over from across the country, they were all blown away by the beauty of the venue, marveling at the many photogenic options Bel Vino had to offer.

I loved working with Bel Vino Winery so much. From the very beginning they were there to answer any and all of my questions. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Throughout the planning process they would always answer my texts and emails within a timely manner. My final meeting Ryyan ensured all the details were confirmed and everything was set for my special day. The day of my wedding Ryyan was truly just incredible she went above and beyond to help take any stress off of me and made my day beautiful.

From our first call with Bel Vino Winery by Wedgewood Weddings, we knew we had found our venue. Kylie and Jessica, our coordinators, were attentive and caring from start to finish, they handled every detail so we could just enjoy our day. The team didn't skip a beat, whether it was during initial meetings, accommodations, or the day after the wedding. What really stood out was how personalized they made everything feel while keeping the whole experience stress-free. The open space at Bel Vino was beautiful, and their intentional approach to planning made our wedding exactly what we envisioned. We can't thank the entire team enough for making our day so special.

Wedding at Bel Vino Winery
The Wedgewood Team at Bel Vino Winery was an amazing team to work with. From the day we toured the venue to wedding day, they were super supportive and helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. They walked us through every detail, gave us suggestions, and helped make our day the best possible day. When it was discovered that there was a water leak in the building that houses the Getting Ready Suites, they advocated for us to at least have bathroom access through the ceremony. Staff even partook in the baseball theme to our wedding day, bringing jerseys and bowties to join in on the fun! Choosing a Wedgewood venue for our wedding was the best decision we could have made. They give you all of the resources you could ever need to plan your entire day from the time you arrive to the time you leave. And not having to book all of the additional vendors, truly made the process so much easier.
