“Oh my goodness! Where do I start?! Candice/Signed in Pink Events was INCREDIBLE!!!! Talk about someone who goes above and beyond to bring your wedding day vision to life! I came across (Signed in Pink Events) as a recommendation from a bridal group on social media. After looking at some of her really positive 5 star reviews, I decided to reach out to her. I originally was looking for a day of coordinator when I reached out to Candice, however when I first saw her prices, I realized I could afford the month of coordination services which ended up being a great idea. I hired Candice/Signed in Pink Events over a year before my wedding on December 20th. From the moment I hired her, she IMMEDIATELY, put me at ease. She walked me through all of their services, the process, asked me plenty of questions to get a good feel of what I want and provided a lot of clarity for me. I quickly realized, she knew what she was doing! Candice and her team were hired for “month of coordination” however, Candice made herself available to me for whenever I had a question or needed some advisement. Over the year, she really helped me through the wedding planning process, even when I hired an untrustworthy beauty vendor. With her support and guidance, I was able to quickly get out of that contract and later went on to work with an AMAZING team of beauty vendors that Candice went back to verify. As type A as I am as a person, I truly felt that I could trust Candice’s judgement and knowledge and she NEVER steered me wrong! I was even able to relax a little bit with her supporting me. Candice also handled my wedding decor and I was THRILLED that I went with her. She managed to handle all the vendor stuff AND perfectly execute my husband and I’s decor vision. By the time we were coming up on the time for her to officially begin her “month of” services, she knew EVERYTHING we wanted, how we wanted it, all of the vendors we were using, who she needed to follow up with, how to she was going to plan out walkthrough, meetings. She had her questions ready for vendors, welcome card for vendors, rehearsal layouts ready…just the whole 9 yards (and then some)! She had everything running like a well oiled machine leading up to the wedding day, and on the wedding day, she handled everything! I can’t tell you how many times she told me “I got you! Don’t worry about anything!” and she meant every word of it! She really had it! All the coordination between vendors, the decor vision, the schedule…it was all so smooth! From the very beginning she had lots of helpful planning documents, answered every question I had, gave us ideas when we couldn't figure out how or when we wanted something to happen for our special day, stayed over time on our planning / check in calls to make sure we felt that we covered everything, and did all of this with a smile and supportive, kind attitude. You're going to spend a lot of time with your wedding planner / coordinator, so it's important that they're a good person and you like them! Well Diane is a gem of a human being, and I really do feel like I made a forever friend in her. Throughout the planning process and on the day, there were times when I just needed emotional support, and she was there for me. Her communication is prompt, consistent, and thorough. She got back to me on every email in a timely manner with all the answers I needed. I didn't realize at the time but strong communication was probably the MOST important aspect that made working with vendors 1000x better, and Diane excelled at it. Additionally, in the lead up to my wedding day and on the day itself, Diane was on top of EVERY detail. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was PERFECT - just as I always dreamed it would be. From helping me iron my wedding dress while my bridesmaids and I were getting our makeup done to overseeing every vendor arrival and setup to making sure transitions from each part of the day were smooth - she did it all.
